What ingredients will you need?

To fry poultry drumstick meat you will need:

  • prepared turkey fillet from the drumstick. It is advisable to buy the product chilled – 1 kg;
  • soybean sauce. The product must be dark in color and with a natural composition - 80 ml;
  • balsamic vinegar. The ingredient must be of “proven” quality – 40 ml;
  • garlic. Important. Do not use stale and flabby product - 4 slices;
  • paprika – 5 g;
  • purified water – 120 ml;
  • sunflower oil – 50-70 ml.

If you want fried meat to be spicy, then you should use ground pepper (black or hot).

Step-by-step cooking process

The rules for frying poultry drumstick meat are as follows:

  1. First, you need to remove the tendons from the meat, then the fillet should be washed and the moisture removed with a towel.
  2. Next, the meat needs to be cut into layers about 1.5 cm high.

  3. Rub each piece of meat with paprika and garlic passed through a press. If desired, you can add ground pepper to the paprika.
  4. Combine soy sauce and balsamic vinegar in a suitable container (for example, a glass).
  5. Then you need to put the meat in a tight food bag and pour in the mixture of 4 items.
  6. Tie the bag and shake it thoroughly so that each piece of meat is covered with the 4-point mixture.
  7. Place the bag with the contents in the refrigerator (preferably on the bottom shelf) for approximately 3 hours. To ensure that the meat is evenly saturated with the marinade, the bag must be shaken every 30 minutes.
  8. After this period of time, you need to blot the meat with a marinade napkin.
  9. Place the meat in a frying pan with hot oil (how many pieces will fit, the remaining pieces can be put back into the bag with the marinade).
  10. Fry the fillet in oil for about 10 minutes at a stove temperature of about medium. During this time, the meat must be turned over every 2 minutes.
  11. Then you need to pour water into the frying pan and reduce the heat on the stove. Simmer the meat pieces covered until fully cooked. To check, one piece of meat can be taken into a dish and cut with a knife.

If you need to fry the meat in several batches, then after each batch you should wash the pan, heat the oil in it again, and then (when the meat is browned) add water. Therefore, the quantity of these ingredients should be increased in direct proportion to the number of batches. It is recommended to serve fried meat with vegetable stew.

Turkey fillet “Nutritionist’s Dream”

The products in this dish complement each other perfectly not only in taste and aroma, but also in health benefits. It is advisable to cook turkey with buckwheat and vegetables for lunch or dinner at least once every two weeks.

You will need:
650 g turkey fillet, 1 carrot, 2 small onions, 160 g buckwheat, suneli hops, tarragon and sea salt.
Preparation:

Pour the washed buckwheat with water and leave for several hours. Prepare a fry from carrots and onions, add turkey fillet cut into small cubes and spices, simmer all together until half cooked. Add the swollen buckwheat to the meat, heat for about five minutes and turn off the heat, do not open the lid for half an hour. During this time, the dish will be completely cooked, but will not lose its beneficial properties.

Usually this turkey fillet roll is prepared for the New Year holidays; it turns out to be a very tasty and beautiful appetizer!

You will need:
1 kg turkey breast, 1 large onion, 2 pickled cucumbers, 2 tsp.
seasonings (sweet paprika, ground black pepper, mustard seeds), salt, sesame seeds. Preparation:

Cut the fillet in half lengthwise, but without cutting all the way through, unfold it (like a book), cover with film and beat it thoroughly with a hammer, sprinkle with spices on all sides. Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil, add grated and squeezed cucumbers, simmer for five minutes.

Place the slightly cooled onions and cucumbers on one edge of the meat flatbread, wrap it in a roll, and secure with threads. Grease the meat roll with butter, sprinkle with mustard seeds, sesame seeds and paprika, wrap in foil and bake in the oven.
