Marinade for turkey drumstick:

  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic cloves – 4 pcs.
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp.
  • Coriander, black pepper – 1 tsp each.

Marinade for potatoes:

  • Khmeli-suneli, paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Salt – 0.5 tsp
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking process:

  • If there are small feathers left on the shin, you need to burn the skin over low heat, removing the burner part, or using tweezers. We rinse the meat under running water and dry it with a towel. Let's make several longitudinal cuts with a knife on each shin.
