Well, since a large number of holidays are coming, you should stock up on recipes for snacks. And today we will prepare them from lavash. This dish simply “flies off” from the holiday table, but at the same time it is very easy and simple to make, just like tartlets with different fillings.
By the way, I have not seen a single child who does not like these cakes. Therefore, if you have “little children” in your family, then try to prepare dishes for them, the recipes of which will be described below in this article. I guarantee everything will be eaten to the last crumb!
Lavash with a simple filling of cheese and herbs
The simplest snack you can think of. But at the same time very tasty, fresh and light. And to prepare it you will need a minimum of products and effort! All you have to do is spread the pita bread, sprinkle it with herbs and roll it up, and that's it. Well, isn't it a miracle?
We will need:
- pita;
- processed cheese;
- dill.
Preparation:
1. Lay the pita bread on the table surface and grease it with an even layer of processed cheese.
Try to coat the edges. This way they won't be dry.
2. Finely chop the dill. You can add other herbs you like, such as parsley or cilantro.
3. And sprinkle it on top of the cheese.
4. Wrap the roll and cut it into slices so that it is convenient for everyone to take the snack with their hands. That's all, friends! Five minutes and the dish is ready!
Lavash recipe with crab sticks, cheese and egg
Crab sticks are quite often present on our table, so why not use them as a filling for pita bread. In combination with cheese and egg, it turns out very tender and satisfying. And the cut of each piece is bright and attractive. Try it, you will like it!
We will need:
- lavash - 3 pcs.;
- crab sticks - 240 g;
- chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
- processed cheese - 200 g;
- mayonnaise;
- fresh dill;
- salt to taste.
Preparation:
1. Lay out the first sheet of thin flatbread and grease it with a layer of mayonnaise using a spoon or spatula. And grate crab sticks on a coarse grater on top of the mayonnaise.
2. Cover the crab sticks with a second sheet of pita bread and grease it with soft melted cheese.
3. Sprinkle finely chopped fresh dill on top.
4. Cover with a third sheet and coat it with a little mayonnaise. Next, grate the pre-boiled and peeled chicken eggs on a coarse grater. Add a little salt on top.
5. Roll all the layers into a tight roll, which should then be wrapped in cling film and refrigerated for at least 4 hours.
6. Then take the roll out of the refrigerator, remove the film and cut it into portions. We arrange them beautifully on a platter and serve them to the table.
Lavash fried in a frying pan with herbs
A PP snack made from simple ingredients takes just a few minutes to prepare. Therefore, you can do it at any time. The dish is suitable as a snack and for a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 2 sprigs of parsley;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 100 g cheese;
- 1 egg;
- 3 tbsp sour cream;
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil;
- 1 pita bread.
Preparation:
- Mix mayonnaise with chopped garlic;
- Lay out the pita bread and grease it with a thin layer of mayonnaise;
- Spread the grated cheese over the surface and then sprinkle with chopped parsley;

We will need:
- pita;
- sausage - 200-300 g;
- cheese - 200 g;
- cucumber - 1 pc.;
- greens, mayonnaise and ketchup.
Preparation:

The eggs in which the envelopes will be fried should under no circumstances be beaten until foam appears. Simply fluff them with a fork. Otherwise, the foam will drain from the cake and leave dry spots, then you can forget about a beautiful crust.
Each finished pie should be placed not on a plate, but on a paper napkin or towel to remove excess fat.

- lavash - 2 sheets;

1. Squeeze the garlic into the mayonnaise and mix the resulting sauce.

The next snack option is a simplified shawarma made from quality ingredients. The dish turns out to be satisfying, so it is suitable for a snack between main meals.
Ingredients:
- 250 g meat;
- 200 g tomato;
- Greenery;

- 3 tbsp mayonnaise;
- 3 tbsp sour cream;
- 2 tbsp ketchup;
- Sunflower oil;
