Do you like apple pies? I love it very much, not so long ago I saw a recipe on the vastness of the mighty Internet, decided to cook it, and since then it has been one of my favorites.

What do you think this is? This is a cake that is moist and crispy at the same time, very tasty, especially delicious with a scoop of cold, creamy ice cream. So delicious you'll lick your fingers. When I cook, everything is eaten right away. Sometimes I’ll tuck a piece away for breakfast and then enjoy it. It is tasty both warm and cold.

I'm sure you will love it from the first try. This is such a simple recipe that my daughter sometimes makes it. What makes it so simple is that you don’t need to fuss with the dough for three hours, since it consists of bulk ingredients.

Everything is mixed, apples are grated, everything is laid out in layers. In a word, one, two, and you're done. The dough is prepared without adding eggs. All recipes presented in the article will have a detailed step-by-step description, each recipe is equipped with photographs.

Bulk apple pie three glasses: a very simple and tasty recipe

This recipe has a delicious, crunchy taste. And what an aroma, the smell of vanilla and cinnamon creates an atmosphere of warmth and comfort in the house. Try it, I promise you will like it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 150 grams butter
  • 4-6 pcs. apple
  • a pinch of salt
  • half a lemon (juice)
  • cinnamon
  • vanillin

Apples need to be sweet and sour, juicy, this is very important.

I washed them, cleaned them, polished them. I pour lemon juice on it. I used half a lemon. I mix apples with juice.

Water with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening. I add cinnamon. I have ground cinnamon. Apples go great with cinnamon and the aroma will be mind-blowing when baked. Mix.

Why is baking called three glasses? The whole point is that you need to take three bulk products in equal proportions. Use a glass as a measurement.

My glass is 250 gram faceted.

Combine everything in a bowl: flour (be sure to sift it), semolina, and granulated sugar. Mix everything, this is very important, all ingredients need to be mixed well.

I add vanillin at the tip of a knife, or vanilla sugar. Add a pinch of salt to the bulk ingredients, I always add it, as salt will add a contrasting taste, but the main thing here is to keep it in moderation.

You can bake in a silicone or springform pan. Today I have a detachable one, then it’s convenient to take the pie out of it. The mold should be greased with soft butter.

We use dry ingredients as our test. Therefore, visually, you need to divide it into 3 parts. You can take away one glass at a time. Pour some of the dough into the bottom of the mold.

We divide the apples into 2 parts, laying one part of the apples over the entire surface. In fact, you can use more apples if you like.

Then sprinkle the apples with dry dough, and again a layer of apples. And the final layer is a layer of dry dough. When baking, apples soak up the baked goods with their juice.

I grate butter on top and distribute it over the entire surface of the pie. The butter will melt during baking and will saturate the entire pastry, there will be an appetizing crispy creamy crust on top and bottom, and the inside of the pie will be tender and moist.

The oil should be placed in the freezer and then grated, this way it will be grated better. I tried laying out pieces of butter so as not to rub, but they need to be cut thinly and spread over the entire surface of the baked goods.

Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Arrival time 50 minutes.

I take it out of the oven, let it cool, and remove it from the mold. It comes out great. The edges are slightly browned and a crispy crust forms on top and around the edges. Very tasty and appetizing, I like it the most. It contains creamy notes.

The inside of the bulk pie is soft and tender. When I bake, I always buy ice cream and put a scoop of ice cream on top. As soon as the apples appear, I bake it. Very tasty dessert. In the summer I baked white apples, they are fragrant and juicy. In the fall, I also bake; there are a lot of apples in the garden in the fall.

Of course, this is not a birthday cake, big, beautiful, and festive. This type of baking is more suitable as a dessert after the main course. Great for family tea time.

How to make bulk pie with cottage cheese and milk

This is not a threshold, this is a whole cake, you take it out of the oven, cut it, it’s like a real cake, very fluffy, tender, creamy. It feels as if it is already with cream.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • sugar - 100 gr. (by the piece)
  • semolina - 125 gr.
  • oatmeal - 125 gr.
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tsp. with a slide

For filling:

  • cottage cheese - 1 kg.
  • sugar - 120 gr. (taste)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • vanillin - optional

To fill the pie:

  • milk - 250 ml. (hot)

1 glass = 250 gr.

I add oatmeal crushed into flour to this pie. I grind them in a coffee grinder and take 125 grams. I combine it with semolina.

I add semolina, oatmeal, and wheat flour to sugar. Mix all bulk products well. Add baking powder for dough. I do not recommend replacing baking soda; this recipe uses baking powder.

Now let's prepare the filling. I add eggs and sugar to the cottage cheese and crush it with a potato masher. Add sugar to taste. By the way, I divided the sugar and took a glass. I add half to the dough, half to the cottage cheese.

You can add some grated apples sprinkled with lemon juice to the cottage cheese.

Let's start assembling the pie. I will bake it in a springform pan. The sides and bottom of the pan are covered with parchment, but you can grease them with soft butter.

The dry dough should be divided into 4 equal parts, and the curd dough into 3 equal parts. I put dry products in the first layer. Then the curd mass.

You can put cottage cheese on a plate. Cover with a plastic bag, smooth out the cottage cheese, and then turn the pancake from the bag over, place it on a dry layer, and remove the bag.

It is difficult to level the cottage cheese, but it is possible. This is not a pie, but a whole cake, an excellent cottage cheese casserole. Children love these casseroles.

You can initially mix the cottage cheese with a small amount of milk to make it easier to level. Next, pour a little hot milk over the first bottom layer of bulk flour (so that the bottom is saturated for sure). And at the end, when the whole cake has been assembled, add the rest of the milk according to the recipe.

So we form the pie until the dough and cottage cheese are finished. I suggest pouring hot milk over the top of the pie.

You need to prick with a fork 7-8 times over the entire surface of the pie, in different places. So that the hot milk penetrates inside. Place in the oven for 1 hour, which we preheated to 180 degrees.

I take it out of the mold, let it cool a little, and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.

But it tastes even better warm. This miracle of baking can rightfully be called a lazy cake. Prepare it, I assure you, you won’t regret it.

Apple pie in a slow cooker

The slow cooker produces perfectly shaped pies. This is in case there is none or there is no oven.

  • Apples – 4 pcs.;
  • Cinnamon - to taste;
  • Flour – 300 gr.;
  • Sugar - one glass;
  • Semolina – 200 gr.;
  • Baking powder for dough – 1 tsp;
  • Butter – 1 package.

Preparation

  1. We wash the fruits, peel and grate them on a large grater. Mix the apple mixture with cinnamon and sugar.
  2. Sift the flour, add sugar, then the cereal and mix all the ingredients together.
  3. When the filling and dough are ready, turn on the multicooker to the “Baking” mode. It needs to warm up before we load the pie. It usually takes 3–5 minutes
  4. At this time, grease the bowl with butter and fill in the first layer of dry dough, then apple dough.
  5. Next, we repeat the process.
  6. Cover the top apple layer with flour mixture and grated butter.
  7. Bake for 80 minutes. After 40 minutes, the pie will need to be turned over to the other side, since the equipment does not have an upper lid.
  8. To decorate the pie, you need to wait until it cools down.

A tender and appetizing bulk apple pie in a slow cooker is ready.

Tip: If you want to not only decorate, but also soak the cake, then use the sweet topping while it is still hot. A cooled pie will not be able to soak through completely.

Crumble with apples: video recipe

The word “crumble” means “to crumble, sprinkle.” A real find for those who value the filling in fruit pies no less than the crispy crust. English housewives invented crumble. At first it was apple. Modern crumbles can be made from almost any fruit and berries, with nuts, dried fruits, coconut and chocolate.

After baking, I recommend dusting with powdered sugar. This type of baking will not leave anyone indifferent, believe me. Summer is coming, and in summer we have a lot of apples in the garden. And then autumn, believe me, apples are a product that is always available and is great for any baking.

Well, that’s all for today, thank you for being with me. Prepare, experiment. Bon appetit!
