Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver – 0.5 kg.
  • Milk – 250 ml.
  • Flour – 3 tbsp.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Onion (large) – 1 pc.
  • Pepper, salt
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.

For the layer:

  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 3 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper, bay leaf
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Mayonnaise

Preparation.

Grind the liver in a blender to a liquid puree.

Grind the onion using a blender.

Mix liver, onion, egg. Add flour.

Salt and pepper. Use milk to adjust the liquid of the dough.

It should flow freely from the whisk.

Finely chop the onion and fry in a small amount of oil. Three carrots on a fine grater. We send it to the onion. Cook until soft.

Pepper, salt, add bay leaf to the pan.

Add butter to the dough and mix.

We bake pancakes on one side under the lid.

Fry them in a dry frying pan and on the other side.

Apply a small layer of stewed vegetables to the pancake.

Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver – 400 gr.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Yogurt – 140 gr.
  • Oatmeal flour – 3 tbsp.
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs (boiled) – 2 pcs.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1.5 teeth.
  • Pepper, salt
  • Parsley

Preparation.

Boil eggs (2 pcs.). Grind the liver in a blender along with the egg, flour and yogurt.

Salt and pepper the mixture.

The finished dough should be liquid, more like pancake consistency. Fry small flat cakes on both sides in a frying pan.

Finely chop the onion.

Three carrots on a coarse grater.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver – 600-700g.
  • Starch - 2 tbsp.
  • Milk (kefir) – 100 ml.
  • Carrots – 500 gr.
  • Onion – 500 gr.
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation.

Three carrots on a grater. Cut the onion into thin strips. Sauté onions and carrots in oil.

We wash the liver under running water.

We grind it in a meat grinder.

Add seasonings to the pepper. Pour in milk. Add eggs. Add starch. Mix thoroughly.

Pour 2/3 of the dough into the prepared pan, lined with parchment (greased with oil).

  • Chicken liver – 300-400g.
  • Flour – 150g.
  • Milk – 200ml.
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Filling:

  • Mayonnaise – 250g.
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Carrots – 250g.

  • Chicken liver – 3 kg.
  • Carrots – 3 pcs.
  • Kefir – 500 ml.
  • Flour – 350-400 gr.
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 500 gr.
  • Onion – 3 pcs.
  • Cucumbers – 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes (cherry) – 100 gr.
  • Hazelnuts (grated) – 50 gr.
  • Grated cheese (mozzarella) – 150 gr.
  • Olives - a handful
  • Garlic – 3-5 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable seasoning – 350-400 gr.
  • Soda – 1 tsp.
  • Nutmeg – ½ pc.
  • Salt pepper

Preparation.

We pass the liver through a meat grinder. We introduce eggs, kefir, soda, salt, pepper, and flour into the liver. Mix the dough. Add nutmeg.

Distribute the dough into the prepared pans. Line the molds with parchment and grease with oil.

Bake the cakes until done.

Chop the onion. Fry it with vegetable seasoning. Salt and pepper.

In another frying pan, fry the chopped carrots. Add salt and pepper.

  • Mushrooms – 5 pcs.

Preparation.

Pass the liver and onions through a meat grinder 2 times.

We introduce eggs, milk and seasonings into the liver. Mix.

Add flour. Mix. Fry pancakes in hot oil.

On the other side also until golden brown.

Cut 5 mushrooms into slices. Fry them on both sides for decoration. Add some salt.
