- chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
- hard cheese – 50 g;
- garlic – 2 cloves;
- homemade mayonnaise (sour cream) – 2 tbsp. with top;
- ground pepper - a pinch;
- salad – 4-5 leaves.
Description of preparation:
- Cut the canned pineapples into medium-sized squares.
- For the pineapples, grate with large honeycombs and pre-boiled hard-boiled eggs.
- Pass the cheese through a fine-mesh grater and add to the total mass.
- Sprinkle the filling with ground pepper, add mayonnaise and garlic, passed through a press. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.

- butter – 20 g;
- milk – 1 tbsp.;

Preparation:
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, fry in a frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil (flavorless).

- Fry the minced meat in a frying pan with butter, you can add some onions and carrots and herbs such as parsley or dill. Take the finished tartlets out of their molds and fill them with fried minced meat.
- Sprinkle some cheese on top. Place the tartlets with minced meat in the oven for about 7-10 minutes. The dish should become golden brown and the cheese should melt. Ready.
Tartlets with herring under a fur coat for the festive table
What would a holiday be without the popular “Herring under a Fur Coat” salad. It can be served in an unusual way, in the form of a snack in sand “baskets”!
Products for cooking:
- baskets – 14 pcs.;
- boiled carrots - 1 root vegetable;
- herring (lightly salted) – 1 pc. (boneless fillet);
- boiled beets – 1 pc.;
- cream cheese – 150 g;
- purple onion – 1 head;
- boiled quail eggs – 7 pcs.;
- odorless sunflower oil – 5 ml;
- sprigs of greenery - for decoration;
- salt, spices - to taste.
Cooking process:
- Cut the boiled root vegetables into small slices, add cream cheese (or curd cheese) to them, and blend with a blender into a homogeneous mass. Salt, pepper, stir.
- Cut half of the fillet into slices for decoration, cut the rest into small cubes.
- Finely chop the onion, combine with herring, pour in sunflower oil.
- Cut the boiled quail eggs into 4 parts for decoration.
- Distribute the tartlets on a large flat dish, fill each with onion and fish filling.
- Place the creamy vegetable mixture into a pastry bag and squeeze into the shape of roses on top of the filling.
- Decorate the appetizer with fish slices on one side, and quail egg halves on the other.
Deliciousness and beauty in every serving! Quail eggs can be replaced with chicken eggs, just cut into a large number of pieces.
Amazing tartlets with liver pate and pickled cucumber

Ingredients:
- boiled chicken liver – 350 g;
- boiled carrots – 2 pcs.;
- onion – 1 head;
- vegetable oil - 1/3 briquette;
- sunflower oil – 2 tbsp;
- pickled cucumber – 2 pcs.;
- ground pepper – 2.5 g;
- Parmesan cheese or any hard cheese – 40 g;
- pomegranate seeds - 2-3 tbsp;
- tartlets – 1 pack.
Preparation:
- Cut the onion into medium fractions, fry in a frying pan with sunflower oil until translucent.
- Chop the carrots into slices, cucumbers into strips.
- Mix chopped vegetables, fried onion and boiled liver in a blender bowl, and pepper.
