To fry chicken chops in a frying pan, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. First, you need to cut the fillet in half lengthwise and place it in plastic bags, beat the meat with a kitchen hammer until soft, at the same time leveling all the pieces to the same thickness.
  2. After this, you should place the preparations on a board or plate, pepper and salt.
  3. Next, you need to heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat and place the prepared chops in it.
  4. Turn the heat down to moderate and fry the products without touching them for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Once the top side of the meat begins to turn white around the edges, turn the chops over and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. When the internal temperature of the products reaches 73°C, they can be removed from the heat and served with any side dish.

Required ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 250 gr.
  • Beijing cabbage - 1/2 fork
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Ginger - 10 gr.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • White pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • Rosemary - 1/2 tsp.

Preparation:

1. Take the chicken fillet and cut it into strips across the grain.

2. Wash the Chinese cabbage, dry it and chop it coarsely. Where the stem needs to be chopped thinner, and the leaves I cut into large pieces.

3. Now cut the peeled onion into thin half rings, cut the carrots into cubes and chop the ginger.

4. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and fry the pieces of meat over maximum heat for 5-6 minutes. The fillet should acquire a golden color.

5. Then put onions, carrots and ginger in the pan, mix and fry for 5 minutes. Next, add the cabbage, salt and pepper, pour in soy sauce, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid. Reduce heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.

The classic version of cooking suggests using only chicken meat and a basic set of spices.

What ingredients will you need?

To fry chicken fillet in the classic way, you will need:

  • 2 chicken fillets with a total weight of 400-500 g;
  • 0.75 tsp. kosher salt;
  • 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper;
  • 2 tbsp. l. rapeseed oil (or any other vegetable);
  • 1 tbsp. l. unsalted or ghee butter.

Step-by-step cooking process

Chicken fillet, recipes for which require classic frying in a frying pan, is easy to prepare:

  1. The washed chicken should be dried with napkins and seasoned with pepper and salt.
  2. Next, you need to heat the oil over moderate heat in a large frying pan (25 cm in diameter or larger) for 3 minutes, spreading it evenly over the bottom.
  3. Then you need to carefully place the chicken fillets, one at a time, into the hot oil and fry without touching them for 5-7 minutes. If you turn the pieces over earlier, one side will remain pale and will not form an appetizing crust.
  4. After the specified time, you need to turn the chicken over, put melted butter or regular butter between the pieces, and continue cooking until the temperature of the meat inside reaches 73°C, another 5 to 7 minutes. At this time, it is advisable to lift and shake the pan so that the oil is distributed evenly.
  5. Next, transfer the chicken fillet to a plate or clean cutting board, leave for 6 minutes, then cut into slices and serve.

What can I add?

Chicken fillet goes well with any seasoning.

Garlic and herbs, lemon pepper, any spices for meat and flavored salt are ideal.

How to serve this dish

It is best to serve fried chicken fillet with oven-baked potatoes, boiled corn on the cob, fresh vegetable salad or roasted vegetables. Fragrant, temptingly appetizing chicken rolls with cheese filling inside. I say and my mouth waters, they are very tasty. If you wish, you can add greens, mushrooms or ham inside, but today I offer a simple option with only cheese. And you, if you wish, can wrap your favorite product.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast - 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 100 - 150 gr.
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Flour
  • Salt
  • Ground red pepper (pinch)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Dry herbs (to taste)

Preparation:

1. First, we need to beat the chicken breast with a special hammer. I place the fillet on a cutting board, cover with cling film and pound it gently. You don't need to knock too hard to prevent the meat from tearing. Then we need to divide the chop into 2-3 strips. We salt each strip and add spices and herbs to taste. Place a piece of cheese and wrap it in a roll.

2. Make the batter. Pour flour, egg into a bowl, add salt and red pepper. Stir, if the mixture turns out too thick, beat in another egg and mix with a whisk or fork. The batter should have a liquid consistency.

3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. We crush the rolls in flour, then dip them in batter and place them in the frying pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown.

4. Now peel the tomato, cut it into not too thin half rings and place it on top of each roll. This way the tomato will take away the excess salt and spiciness, and the dish will be simply delicious.

5. Add water to the frying pan, approximately 100-150 ml and simmer under a closed lid for another 15 minutes.

Important! Add warm or hot water, otherwise cold water may damage the pan due to temperature changes.

Also, depending on my mood, I can wrap pieces of ham or pre-fried mushrooms in such rolls, it also turns out very interesting

The dish is ready! As you can see, it takes very little time to prepare, but it turns out quite tasty. I also prepare a simple side dish for this dish in the form of buckwheat, rice or pasta and everyone remains full and incredibly satisfied.

Chicken in soy sauce on a grill pan without oil

Well, I want to finish the topic of cooking meat in sauce with a recipe for fillet in soy sauce in a grill pan. Of course, you can use a regular frying pan, but then you won’t have to add vegetable oil to it, which will slightly change the taste. And I also want to tell you how to prepare teriyaki sauce for this dish, so I would like the taste to be as “pure” as possible.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 400 g
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
  • Spices - to taste

Preparation:

1. Wash the fillet, dry it with a paper towel and cut into strips.

2. Pour soy sauce over the meat, add chicken spices, mix well, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

4. Now prepare the teriyaki sauce. We will need soy sauce and regular granulated sugar. In a regular frying pan, heat the soy sauce over medium heat and then add the sugar. Stir constantly and wait until the mixture thickens to sour cream. The sauce is ready. Pour it over cooked chicken and feel like you're in an Asian restaurant.

Salt and ground black pepper Olive oil - 2 tbsp. l. Flour - 1/4 cup Fresh orange juice - 3/4 cup Dry white wine - 1/2 cup Mustard - 2 tbsp. l. Butter (chilled) - 4 tbsp. l. Thin orange slices - 8 pcs. Almond flakes - 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped) - 1 tbsp. l.

How to cook chicken fillet with oranges

Cut each fillet into 2 parts, place between two layers of cling film and beat with a kitchen hammer. Salt and pepper. Dip each chicken cutlet in flour and fry in an oiled frying pan over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side. Transfer the cooked meat to a plate.

Surely many people know that chicken meat is quite dry, and therefore requires a special approach to cooking, and, even more so, to frying.

Here it is important not only to choose the right cooking temperature, but also to be able to determine how long it takes to fry the chicken fillet in a frying pan until cooked, and at the same time not to dry it out.

  • First, you should fry the chicken at two temperature levels. First, we send the fillet cut into pieces into a very heated frying pan, treated with oil, fry on both sides literally until the first crust, and only then reduce the flame and bring the meat to readiness. The golden brown crust will allow the juice to be retained inside the meat, so the finished dish will not seem dry.
  • Secondly, you should note the roasting time. Allow 15 minutes for the fillet cut into small pieces to be ready. The chop takes no longer to cook - in just 10-15 minutes (5-7 minutes are spent on each side when frying over a slightly less intense fire). Well, to fry a whole fillet treated with spices, it will take half an hour, at an average or slightly less than average temperature.
  • If you plan to fry meat with onions or mushrooms, then add a vegetable (mushrooms in slices) chopped into rings, half rings, strips or cubes into the frying pan 10 minutes after the start of frying the meat and continue heat treatment for another 5-10 minutes.
  • Sauces will help make the dish more juicy. When the meat is almost ready, add sour cream, cream or broth with flour to the container and simmer everything together under a lid over low heat for about 10 minutes, then the chicken slices will turn out deliciously tender.
