For the jelly:
- One tbsp. lemon juice
- 65 ml water
- ¾ tsp gelatin
How to prepare:
- For the mold, it is convenient to use a removable or rubber mold with high sides. Grease the bottom and sides with oil before cooking.
- Using a blender, turn the cookies into fine crumbs. The smaller the size of the crumbs, the softer and more pleasant the cheesecake will taste. Then add butter and stir.
- Place the resulting mass on the bottom of the mold and carefully compact and level it. Place the workpiece in the freezer for half an hour.
- While our base is “infused”, we begin to prepare the filling. Soak the gelatin in cold water and let it swell for 5 minutes. Then heat it in the microwave, the time depends on the power of your equipment. Do not bring the gelatin to a boil, just dissolve it. Stir and let cool.
- Blend the mango in a blender and set aside ¾ cup for the jelly. Add cream, sugar, cheese and gelatin to the remaining puree. Stir to form a homogeneous mass.
- Now you can get the mold with the base. Place the fruit mixture in the mold and tap the sides of the mold to make the surface smooth. Return to the freezer until the cream is completely frozen.
- For jelly, repeat the manipulation with gelatin, but with a different amount of products (see “for jelly”). Add lemon juice and ¾ cup mango to the gelatin. Mix well and then spread evenly over the surface of the cheesecake.

Salad with mango and feta cheese

- After the syrup boils, add mint and wait another 5 minutes. Then remove from the stove.

Salad with avocado, chicken and mango
This ripe mango salad is complemented by juicy chicken and creamy avocado for an expensively delicious meal. Sweet, salty and tangy ingredients combine to create this refreshing and memorable summer salad.
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast – 2 pcs.
- Spices
- Olive oil
- Romaine lettuce – 1 head
- Cherry tomatoes – 1 branch (6-8 pcs.)
- Cucumber – 2 pcs.

Mix honey, apple cider vinegar, grated garlic, mustard and spices in a jar.

Spicy mango salad
Quite a simple, but at the same time bright salad that is not loaded with too many ingredients, which emphasizes the taste of mango.
Ingredients:
- Chilli
- Brown sugar
- Lime juice -1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce
- Chili flakes
- Mango – 1 pc.
- Peanuts – 2 handfuls
- Coriander
Preparation:
Mix sugar, lime juice, soy sauce and chili powder to make a salad dressing.
Cut the mango with a vegetable slicer.
Mix the mango, peanuts and coriander into the sauce and stir the ingredients together.
