Fish dishes are always full of vitamins and beneficial minerals for humans. Cooking fish in the oven is a pleasure! Easy and fast! I will tell you a recipe for cooking sea bream in the oven in foil.
Dorado in the oven - recipe
Ingredients:
- sea crucian carp – 2 carcasses;
- onions – 2 pieces;
- cherry tomatoes – 10 pieces;
- zucchini – 2 pieces;
- lemon – 1 piece;
- dill – 20 grams;
- black pepper, salt;
- sunflower oil.
The cooking method is quite simple
- Stuff the prepared fish with herbs, lemon, tomatoes, onions and zucchini. The latter can simply be chopped or cut into slices, after peeling them.
- Rub the top of the fish with salt and a selected set of spices, pour over freshly squeezed lemon juice and oil.
- After this, preheat the oven to 180°C, wrap the fish and vegetables in foil, and place on a baking sheet. The dish needs to be cooked for about 20 minutes, after which we pour oil, cook the fish until golden brown and serve.

Dorodo or sea bream is a type of seabream. The individual is distinguished by the exquisite taste of its meat, which has a pinkish tint and a delicate sweetish aroma. Another name for crucian carp is golden spar. It was not chosen by chance, but due to the color of the fish, which contains golden streaks on the head. Today, dorado lives not only in the sea, but also countries such as Turkey, Spain and Greece are actively engaged in growing this breed of fish on an industrial scale for subsequent sale. The weight of the carcass can vary from 400 grams to one kilogram, but some fish farms also breed larger individuals.
In cooking, the most popular are king and gray sea crucian.
The first species is in demand due to its high taste characteristics; pink dorado is also found. As for the chemical composition and calorie content of this breed of fish, it should be noted that dishes prepared from such fish are low in calories, since 100 grams of the product contains about 95-96 kcal.

Dorado in the oven with crust
Compound:
- dorado – 0.8 kg;
- lemon – 1 pc.;
- thyme – 4 sprigs;
- refined vegetable oil – 40 ml;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking method:
- Thaw the dorado in the refrigerator, rinse and dry with a paper towel.
- Rub the fish with coarse salt and leave for 5 minutes. This is necessary to make the scales easier to remove.
- Clean the dorado. Cut the bellies of the fish. Remove the insides and remove the film. Cut out the gills.
- Rinse the carcasses again and blot dry.
- Cut the lemon in half. Half of it will be needed for serving, set it aside. Cut a round slice from the second half and cut it in half. Squeeze the juice from the remaining piece and pour it over the dorado.
- Grind the thyme, mix with salt and pepper, rub the fish with this mixture.
- Lubricate the fish carcasses with vegetable oil.
- Place a semicircular slice of lemon inside the fish.
- Place the fish on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place the baking sheet with the fish in it for 25 minutes. During this time, the dorado will be covered with a crispy crust.
When serving, garnish the dorado with fresh lemon slices. As a side dish you can offer rice, vegetable salad, fried or baked potatoes.
