Casserole with minced meat and cabbage
Ingredients
- 4 onions;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 kg cabbage;
- a few tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- 500 g of any minced meat;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- seasoning for meat - to taste;
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
- a little butter;
- several sprigs of dill;
- 300 g sour cream;
- 100 g hard cheese.
Preparation
Cut the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and finely chop the cabbage. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a deep frying pan and lightly fry half the onion. Add carrots and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, stir and simmer until soft. Add salt and add a little water if necessary.
In another pan, heat a little more oil and lightly fry the remaining onion. Add the minced meat and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add salt, pepper, meat seasoning and tomato paste. Stir and fry for another minute.
Grease the pan with butter and spread half of the vegetable mixture, chopped dill and sour cream over it. Then lay out the minced meat, season it with sour cream, sprinkle with dill and cover with the remaining vegetables and cheese. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Prepare
