I offer you a wonderful pork and potato casserole. This casserole can be served for lunch or dinner. Cream for casserole is suitable for any fat content; it is not necessary to use processed cheese, but I really liked it with it, it will make the casserole juicier. It is more convenient to cut the potatoes with a vegetable peeler; this way it turns out thinner and you are sure that all the potatoes will bake evenly.

To prepare a casserole with pork and potatoes in the oven, prepare the necessary products from the list.

Cut the pork into thin slices and pound it if desired.

Place the meat in a suitable container, add soy sauce and ground pepper. Leave for a while while we prepare the potatoes.

Peel the potatoes and slice thinly.

Mix cream, sour cream and egg with a whisk.

Salt the potatoes, pour in the filling and stir.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and lay out a layer of pork. Cut the onion into half rings, place half of the onion on top of the meat. Cut the processed cheese into thin slices and spread over the entire surface of the meat.

Products:

  • 700 g pork, optional with layers of lard;
  • 200 g smoked meats (pork ham, brisket);

  • 2 tbsp. milk;
  • 3 raw eggs;
  • breadcrumbs;
  • vegetable oil for frying meat;

Recipe description:

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees while we prepare the food.
  2. Cut the pork into pieces in the form of 2 cm cubes. It is more convenient to do this if the meat is slightly frozen.

  3. Place the breadcrumbs in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and coat the pork in them.

  4. Fry the meat until golden brown over high heat; it is not necessary for the pieces to be fried inside, they will “finish” in the oven.
  5. Transfer the contents of the pan to a baking sheet with high sides.

  6. We clean the carrots, rub them with shavings and place them over the meat.

  7. Cut the smoked meats into smaller pieces, cut the green beans into 2 cm pieces. Mix.

  8. Sprinkle on pieces of meat in breadcrumbs. There is no need to add salt, the smoked meats are already salty.

    Alternatively, you can mix breaded pork, smoked meat and green beans with carrots into one mixture. But it seems to me that layers are more beautiful, and you can taste the taste of each layer.

  9. Now rub the cheese on top in a thick layer.

  10. Mix milk and eggs, beat and pour over the casserole.

7. Prepare the filling. To the sour cream add 1 teaspoon each of regular mustard and grain. Mix everything well. Lubricate the layer of onion with meat with this mixture. At the same time, leave 2-3 spoons of sauce for later.

8. Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin semicircles. We cover the top of the dish with them. Now we also coat them with the rest of the filling. It is very convenient to do this with a silicone brush.

Dietary pork casserole with vegetables

People watching their figure do not have to give up pork. Pork tenderloin has one and a half times fewer calories than veal. Using this product you can prepare a tasty and healthy casserole.

Required ingredients:

  • pork tenderloin – 300 g;
  • eggplant;
  • zucchini;
  • cauliflower - a small head;
  • onion;
  • garlic;
  • cheese 25% fat - 150 g;
  • sour cream – 100 g;
  • greens, salt, black pepper.

Cooking algorithm:

  1. Eggplant and zucchini are peeled and cut into thin rings. Place in a baking dish (preferably glass or non-stick to avoid the use of oil).
  2. The pork is boiled for 15-20 minutes and cut into small medallions. Placed in a second layer.
  3. Lay out thin onion rings.
  4. The last layer is cauliflower, disassembled into small inflorescences. It can be replaced with broccoli or even regular white cabbage.
  5. To the sour cream add 100 ml of the broth left after boiling the tenderloin, with finely grated cheese and three cloves of finely chopped garlic. Salt and add pepper.
  6. We fill our products with the resulting mixture.
  7. Bake for half an hour. Temperature range 180 degrees.
  8. Decorate with greens.

The ingredients of this casserole can be changed depending on your preferences. For example, if you don't like zucchini, replace them with soaked potatoes. Or simply add green beans to the dish and try a new taste.

A simple recipe for a delicious dish with vegetables

A dish that is ideal for any main meal. Pork baked with vegetables is hearty, but not heavy, so you can cook it for a hearty breakfast, lunch or serve for an early dinner.

For 3 servings:

  • 500 g pork neck;
  • 400 g eggplants;
  • 380 g tomatoes;
  • 435 g red sweet pepper;
  • 20 g garlic;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 200 g of easy-melting soft cheese;
  • 100 ml 20% cream;
  • 1 tsp. dried basil;
  • pepper, salt, spices.

Pre-processing of products – 10 minutes. Baking – 30 minutes. Calorie content – ​​124 kcal/100 g.

Recipe step by step:

  1. Vegetables are washed, pork is cleared of films. Meat, eggplants, peppers (cut out the seed pods) and tomatoes are cut into cubes of approximately the same size.
  2. Fry the pork pieces for 3 minutes over the highest heat in 1 tbsp. l. oils
  3. Beat the eggs with a hand whisk along with cream, salt (to taste), ground basil, black pepper, spices (optional).
  4. The filling is poured into the fried meat. Add chopped vegetables and chopped garlic. Stir.
  5. The resulting mass is poured into a deep baking dish sprinkled with vegetable oil. The top is sprinkled with cheese shavings.

Place the casserole in a hot (180°C) oven for half an hour. Serve warm, cut into portions.
