- cheese - 130 g;
- cream - 100 ml;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- salt - a pinch;
- pepper and other spices - to taste.
- Boil the pasta until half cooked.
- If using a tomato, puree it in a blender.
- Finely chop the onion and sauté in oil in a frying pan until golden brown.
- Add the minced meat to the pan with the onion and fry for 5 minutes.
- Place the chopped tomato or tomato paste in the frying pan with the minced meat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs with cream, salt and pepper.
- Grate the cheese. Parmesan is ideal.
- Place half of the pasta in a deep dish, place a layer of minced meat on it, and add more pasta on top.
- Pour the egg-cream mixture over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
- Place the casserole in a preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.

Should we use large tubes of pasta rather than noodles, or use chopped chicken instead of classic minced meat? It is obvious that in the end we will get a completely different dish - new, original, more reminiscent of Italian lasagna than the usual casserole.
- tube pasta or any large pasta - 500 g;
- dry red wine - 150 ml;
- chicken fillet - 500 g;
- cheese - 150 g;
- sun-dried tomatoes - 100 g;
- vegetable oil - 6 tablespoons;
- onion - 2 pcs.;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- tomato juice - 400 ml;
- dried basil - 1 tablespoon;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
- Cook large pasta until half cooked, rinse it.
- Grate the cheese.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan, fry chopped chicken, garlic and onion for 5 minutes.
- Add wine and tomato juice to the meat in the pan, simmer the mixture under the lid for 20 minutes over low heat.
- 2 minutes before the end of stewing, add basil, pepper and salt.
- Place pasta in an even layer on a deep baking sheet or baking dish.
- Top with meat in wine sauce.
- Place sun-dried tomatoes on meat.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake the dish at 200°C for 20 minutes.
Serve the casserole hot. You can sprinkle portioned pieces with chopped herbs or add a light vegetable salad.
With mushrooms, ricotta and parmesan
To prepare pasta casserole with mushrooms and meat, both fresh and dried mushrooms are suitable. Dried mushrooms must first be soaked in hot water.
You will need:
- spaghetti or other pasta - 300 g;
- mushrooms - 150 g;
- minced meat - 400 g;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- cream - 500 ml;
- water - 1 glass;
- ricotta - 200 g;
- parmesan - 150 g;
- egg - 2 pcs.;
- vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;
- Herbs de Provence seasoning - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - a pinch.
- Boil the spaghetti until al dente.
- Fry the minced meat in a frying pan in vegetable oil, place in a separate bowl.
- Cut the onions and mushrooms and sauté, add chopped garlic, minced meat, cream and a mixture of herbs, simmer after boiling for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Beat the eggs and mix with the Parmesan and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add pasta to egg mixture.
- Grease a deep dish and pour half of the meat sauce into the bottom. Spread half of the pasta on top.
- Add a layer of ricotta. Pour the remaining sauce on top.
- Place the remaining pasta on the top layer.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. After this time, remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
With milk
Pasta with meat in the oven turns out very tender when baked in a complex sauce. One of its main ingredients is milk. The product is suitable for any fat content as a treat. The dish will be baked according to this recipe in portioned pots. But if the cook doesn’t have several containers in stock at once, you can take one large heat-resistant pot.
What ingredients will you need?
For the dish you need to take:
- pasta (any shape) – 180-200 g;
- pork – 230-250 g;
- tomato, carrots and white onion - 1 pc.;
- fresh parsley and dill - 10 g each;
- milk of any fat content – ½ tbsp.;
- mayonnaise and full-fat sour cream - 2-2.5 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil, salt, pepper.
Step-by-step cooking process
The cooking process includes several stages:
- It's worth starting with the selected pasta. For example, spirals are well suited for a dish. They are placed in boiling salted water and cooked until half cooked.
- Afterwards, the pasta should be discarded in a colander and allowed to drain.
- The pork will need to be washed, dried with paper towels and chopped into small cubes.
- Onions should be peeled and chopped into cubes. The larger they get, the more clearly they will be felt in the dish.
- The carrots are peeled and processed with a grater with medium divisions.
- Pour vegetable oil into a large frying pan, heat it, then add the onion and meat and fry both ingredients, stirring frequently for 6-7 minutes.
- At the next stage, carrot shavings are sent into the frying pan. The meat continues to fry over slightly less than medium heat for another 5-6 minutes. Be sure to stir the food so that it does not burn.
- The tomato needs to be chopped into medium sized cubes. There is no need to remove the skin first. Next, the tomato pieces are poured into the meat with the rest of the vegetables and cooked for another 5-6 minutes.
- Next, put the pre-cooked pasta into the frying pan and add finely chopped dill and parsley. The ingredients are salted and peppered to taste and mixed thoroughly.
- The resulting mass will need to be distributed into portioned pots or transferred into one large one.
- To fill, you will need to mix all the milk, sour cream and mayonnaise in a common bowl. The mass should be homogeneous. Then, if desired, it is slightly diluted with boiled water and poured into pots.
- All that remains is to close the containers with lids and send them to an oven preheated to 180-185°.
The dish will take approximately 40-45 minutes to prepare under these conditions.
Rules for serving dishes, decoration
The treat should be served directly in the pots. As an addition to it, you can serve assorted homemade pickles or green onions and radishes.
Multicooker recipe
Pasta casserole with vegetables and meat can taste very different. Instead of zucchini, you can add broccoli or cauliflower, carrots or green beans.
You will need:
- spaghetti or noodles - 300 g;
- minced meat - 300 g;
- zucchini - 1 small;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- bell pepper - 2 pcs.;
- cream - 300 ml;
- grated cheese - 1 cup;
- vegetable oil - 3 tablespoons;
- greens and salt - to taste.
- Boil noodles or spaghetti.
- Fry the minced meat and mix with the noodles.
- Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices.
- Chop the onions and peppers.
- Fry the zucchini and onion in a small amount of oil.
- Place half of the minced meat and noodle mixture into the multicooker bowl. Add zucchini, onions, peppers and herbs on top. Place the remaining noodles and minced meat in the top layer.
- Pour in cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and salt.
- In the multicooker, set the “Baking” mode for 45 minutes.
Casserole of large pasta shells with minced meat and cheese
Another very interesting casserole option. It may seem too labor-intensive to you, but this is only at first glance. This dish will take a little more time to prepare than classic types of pasta casserole. The proposed volume of products is enough for a large casserole, so you can easily feed your family. Buy pasta in the form of shells as large as possible, since this is where you will place the prepared filling.
Required:
- Pasta (large shells) – 150 g.
- Salt.
- Cheese – 250 g.
- Parsley – 20 g.
- Red sweet paprika – 3 g.
- Minced chicken – 280 g.
- Ground garlic – 5 g.
- Onion – 80 g.
Fill:
- Sour cream – 60 ml.
- Milk – 350 ml.
- Salt.
- Eggs – 2 large.
Step by step process:
Chop the onion finer. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the parsley.
Pour the prepared products into the minced meat. Sprinkle with garlic and paprika. Add some salt. Stir. The mass will be homogeneous and dense.
Separately combine sour cream with eggs. Add some salt. Mix with a whisk.
Pour milk into it. Whisk thoroughly.
Stuff all pasta with minced meat using a spoon. Place the shells tightly together in a baking dish.
Pour in the filling. Grate the cheese and sprinkle the workpiece in an even layer. Cover with foil.
Place in a hot oven to bake.
Bake for 40 minutes until the pasta is cooked through and soft. Remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes until a nice crust forms. Mode 190°C.
Step-by-step recipe with meat and tomatoes
If you haven’t tried this casserole with pasta and meat yet, I recommend making it. Tomatoes with bell peppers will add a sweet and sour taste to the dish. Even the next day it will be very appetizing.
- 200 g bow pasta;
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- 500 g minced pork;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 800 g fresh tomatoes (or canned);
- 120 g grated cheese;
- salt pepper
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Fry the minced meat in a small amount of oil. Then add chopped onion, diced bell pepper and chopped garlic. Simmer until the vegetables become soft. It took me about 5-6 minutes.
Soak the tomatoes in a bowl of hot water for a minute. Peel the skins and puree them with a blender. If you have canned or pickled tomatoes, you can use them.
Add tomato sauce to the frying pan with the minced meat. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the water from the tomatoes has evaporated. Finally, add the prepared pasta and mix well.
Place the pasta-meat mixture in a greased pan and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
