Potato zrazy with vegetables

Ingredients
- 1 onion;
- ½ bell pepper;
- 1 carrot;
- 3–4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- salt and ground pepper - to taste;
- 500 g potatoes;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 7-8 tablespoons breadcrumbs.
Preparation
Cut the onion and bell pepper into small pieces.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the onions and carrots for 5-6 minutes. Add pepper and simmer for about the same amount. Season with salt and pepper. Cool.
Boil the potatoes until tender. Mash into a puree, cool slightly and mix with flour, salt and pepper.
Make small potato cakes. Place the filling on each, fold the edges and form zrazy-like cutlets so that the frying is inside. Roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the zrazy for 3-5 minutes on each side.
