How to properly cook chicken soufflé in the oven:
- The liver is rinsed well in cold water, cleaned of film, blood clots, and veins;
- Cut it into small slices and grind until smooth;
- Peel the skin from the carrots, cut into medium slices, put in a blender and grind;
- Rinse the greens and chop into small pieces;
- Next, put the ground vegetables into the liver mixture, add herbs, add some salt, season with spices, add semolina or oatmeal. Stir everything;
- Break the chicken eggs, beat them until foamy;
- Add the egg mixture to the liver mixture and mix everything together;
- Pour the baking container with sunflower oil and pour the mixture into it;
- The oven needs to be preheated to 180 degrees;
- Place the pan in the oven and keep it there for 25-30 minutes;
- Be sure to check the readiness of the soufflé with a wooden toothpick. If it is dry, then it is ready, if it is wet, then the soufflé needs to be kept in the oven for another 5 minutes;

2. Cook the short-grain rice until tender or do not cook it even a little. Add the rice to the frying pan and mix it with vegetables and liver. Salt, pepper, spices and herbs to taste. You can add a couple of cloves of crushed garlic.
3. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Place the casserole with liver and rice in a heat-resistant dish. Baking time is 30-40 minutes. This recipe doesn't even contain eggs, so it can be made with minimal ingredients!
- Soak a slice of loaf in milk and let 200 g of chicken liver cook; if you cut it into small slices, 20 minutes after boiling is enough. Take it out and let it cool.

- The offal must be washed thoroughly, all films, veins, and blood clots must be removed;
- Cut it into medium slices;

- Grind the liver together with the onion in a meat grinder several times;
- Then place chicken eggs into the prepared mass, add semolina, a pinch of baking powder, salt, ground black pepper;
- Pour in the cream, stir everything with a whisk until smooth;
- The multicooker container must be greased with butter on all sides;
- Pour the mixture into it;

- Cut 0.5 kg of chicken liver into small pieces.
- Grate 150 g of carrots.
- Finely chop 150 g of onion.

- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Beat until smooth.
- Break 2 eggs into a separate container and add a little salt.
- Beat the eggs with a mixer.
