2. Cook the short-grain rice until tender or do not cook it even a little. Add the rice to the frying pan and mix it with vegetables and liver. Salt, pepper, spices and herbs to taste. You can add a couple of cloves of crushed garlic.

3. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. Place the casserole with liver and rice in a heat-resistant dish. Baking time is 30-40 minutes.
