Hello! Do you want to cook a quick and satisfying dinner, but can’t decide on a choice? I suggest making pasta casserole. That's exactly what we did today.

In addition, it has a number of advantages compared to other dishes. Namely:

  • It is very easy to prepare that even a person ignorant of cooking can easily cope with the preparation;
  • the set of products is the most common, which can be found in everyone’s refrigerator and is “affordable” even for a student;
  • you can experiment with ingredients and get a wide variety of options for this dish;
  • It takes very little time to prepare (approximately 15-20 minutes);
  • The result is a very tasty and, most importantly, satisfying meal.

Pasta casserole with milk and eggs

Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 50–80 g sugar;
  • salt - to taste;
  • 1 pinch of vanillin;
  • 300 ml milk;
  • jam - to taste.

Preparation

Boil the pasta until tender and cool.
Place in a baking dish and mix with butter. Beat the eggs first with sugar, salt and vanilla, and then with milk.

Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and bake for about 20-25 minutes at 200°C. Then leave in the switched off oven for another 5-10 minutes. Before serving, pour over the jam.
