  • Lemons - 3 pcs. (400 g)
  • Fresh ginger – 40 g
  • Fresh mint - 1 bunch
  • Honey (or sugar) - 200 g
  • Purified water - 2 l
  • Ice - to taste

Step-by-step preparation:

Rinse the mint in cold water (I left it in the water for about 10 minutes) and place it on a napkin to dry.

Place honey in a bowl (you can use sugar). Cut lemons in half.

Squeeze lemon juice into honey. This can be done using a fork, turning it in different directions.

Peel the ginger and cut into small strips. Add ginger to a bowl with honey and lemon juice.

Separate the mint leaves from the stems and add to the remaining ingredients.

Mix everything thoroughly. If you have a mortar, you can press it all down, but I believe that all the ingredients will give off their flavor anyway.

Add the prepared mixture to clean drinking water.

Let the ginger lemonade with mint and honey steep for 25 minutes.

Then strain the drink through a sieve into a container with ice and serve.

  • 2.5 g of dry spice or 20 g of chopped fresh root;
  • half a lemon;

What makes this recipe convenient is that you can immediately pour the water into glasses and squeeze the juice directly into them. You will need

  2. — lemon — 400 g;
  3. - sugar - 200 g;
  4. — dry yeast — 5 g;

Instructions

  • Do the following with ginger: rinse it thoroughly, then peel and chop it, grating it. For this procedure, it is advisable to use a large grater.
  • Pour 100 milliliters of warm water into a glass. Then dissolve dry yeast in it. Place the resulting mixture in a warm place for about 10-15 minutes. Thus, a small foam forms on its surface. As soon as this happens, the dough will be ready.
  • Using a citrus juicer, extract the juice from the halved lemons. After this procedure, chop the remaining lemon peels into large pieces.
  • Pour the remaining water into a fairly large glass container. Then pour granulated sugar into it and dissolve it completely. As soon as this happens, add chopped ginger and lemon peels, as well as squeezed lemon juice, to the resulting solution. Add the yeast mixture there.
  • Cover the drink. To do this, put a rubber glove on the neck of the glassware. In this state, put the future lemonade in a warm and certainly bright place. It must be infused for 2 days.
  • After time has passed, the drink must be filtered. For this you can use either gauze or a sieve. Dzydzybira lemonade is ready! Place it in the refrigerator for a couple of days, after which you can safely serve it.

Classic recipe

  • ginger root – 50 g;
  • lemon – 2 pcs.;
  • honey – 60-100 g;
  • salt - a small pinch;
  • boiled water - 1-1.5 l.

How to cook:

  1. Peel the root and cut into rings;
  2. Place the spice in a saucepan and add 2 cups of water and boil. Salt;
  3. leave the decoction for 10-15 minutes;
  4. While the broth is infusing, you need to squeeze the juice from 1 lemon, pour it into a bottle or jug ​​and pour in unused water;
  5. Cut the remaining fruit into slices and place there;
  6. Put honey into the cooled broth and pour everything into a container with lemon solution.

If the finished drink does not seem sweet, you can add a little more honey to it.

Gourmet lemonade with ginger, lime and anise seeds

We prepare this drink without sugar. We replace it with honey or stevia (it gives a sweet taste) - this makes lemonade more dietary.

Ingredients:

  • ginger root – 130 g;
  • lime – 1 pc.;
  • lemon – 1 pc.;
  • anise seeds – 10-20 pcs.;
  • mint leaf – 2 pcs.;
  • water – 1 l;
  • natural honey or dry stevia – 1 tbsp. spoon.

Preparation

We thoroughly wash the ginger root, chop it with a knife and place it in a thermos with a capacity of 1 liter. We also put anise seeds and a spoonful of stevia there (if we use honey, we will add it to the finished lemonade to preserve the beneficial substances). Pour boiling water and leave for an hour.

Cut off the ends of the lemon and lime and cut the fruit in half. Squeeze the juice into a separate cup (there are special manual citrus juicers).

Cool the infusion and add lemon and lime juice (honey is added at this stage). Season with mint, let sit for half an hour and strain. Pour into a bottle and cool.

  • water – 1 l;
  • lemon – 2-3 pcs.;

How to cook:
