Crumbly curd pie “Lakomka” – culinary recipe

Cottage cheese is one of the most necessary foods to eat. It contains large amounts of calcium. Its deficiency threatens serious problems for our health. Many children eat cottage cheese with great reluctance and long persuasion. What should adults do in this case?

Force feeding, causing tears and indignation of the child? Or try making something delicious from cottage cheese that your child won’t be able to refuse? We choose the second option. We invite you to bake a delicacy with cottage cheese from shortcrust pastry. We will present the recipe and some secrets in this article.

Step-by-step preparation

    Dough.

    Add a little flour, baking powder and salt to soft butter.

  3. Step 3:

    Grind the dough into crumbs, gradually adding the remaining flour.

The Lakomka pie does not require much time to prepare. And the composition of the products is very simple, it will not require huge financial expenditures from you. You can see this for yourself. For cooking we will need the following products:

  • Flour. It is best to take wheat, the highest grade. We only need one glass.
  • Granulated sugar. The quantity depends on your taste preferences, if you like sweeter desserts, then take one glass. Otherwise, half will be enough.
  • Butter or margarine for baking. You will need exactly half a pack.
  • Cottage cheese - 300-400 grams.
  • Salt - half a teaspoon.
  • Chicken eggs - one or two pieces.

This is what the list of ingredients for the “Gourmand” pie with cottage cheese looks like. Some housewives also use vanillin and powdered sugar. But even without these ingredients, the dessert turns out very tasty and crumbly.

Form and bake the cake

Grease the mold with a slice of butter.

Lay out half of the dough. We compact it a little.
