Step-by-step preparation
- Cut 2 thighs, 2 wings and 1 chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces. Afterwards, thoroughly rinse the meat and place it in a colander to drain excess liquid.
- Pour 45-55 ml of vegetable oil into the bowl of the device, and place the prepared meat on top of it.
- Peel and wash 3 carrots, 2-3 onions and 2 cloves of garlic.
- Cut the onion into small thin squares and place it in a bowl on top of the chicken.
- Grind the carrots using a coarse grater and add them to the rest of the ingredients.
- Set the “Frying” program and simmer the prepared mixture with the lid open for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Rinse 480 g of rice thoroughly with running water.
- After the end of the program, add whole cloves of garlic, a small amount of a mixture of peppers, 6-9 g of turmeric and 2-3 bay leaves to the bowl.
- Then lay out the rice and distribute it evenly over the fried ingredients.
- Carefully pour 880 ml of cold water into the bowl.
- Select the “Cereal” mode and cook the dish with the lid closed for 25 minutes.
- As soon as the program has completed, leave the dish in the “Warming” mode for another 15-20 minutes.
- Raise the lid and mix the pilaf well.

The recipe describes the step-by-step preparation of delicious pilaf with pork in the Polaris multicooker.
- Peel the onion (1 pc.), cut into small strips.
- Wash and peel the carrots (500 g) well, cut into strips.
- Wash the pork meat (pulp 500 g). Cut into medium sized cubes.
- Set the Polaris multicooker to the “Frying” mode, set the time to 30 minutes, based on 5-7 minutes for frying vegetables, the rest of the time for frying meat. The time can be adjusted later. Click the "Start" button. Pour vegetable oil (40-60 ml) into the multicooker bowl. Wait for a signal from the multicooker that it has reached the set temperature.
- Add the chopped onion to the oil and fry the onion until translucent, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
- Add carrots to the onions, fry, stirring with a spatula, fry the onions and carrots for 3-5 minutes until the carrots are browned.

Pilaf with pork recipe No. 2
Ingredients that we need to prepare pilaf:
- 350 grams of rice (about two multi-cups);
- 350 grams of pork;
- 4 glasses of water;
- 120ml olive oil;
- carrots 100 grams;
- onion 100 grams;
- garlic 3 cloves;
- seasoning for pork and pilaf, salt, herbs.
- Preparation of products. Wash the rice and move it aside to drain. We cut the meat into pieces 4x4 cm. Three carrots on a grater, or cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion, chop the garlic in a garlic grinder.
- Preparing the multicooker. Set the “Frying” or “Baking” program on the device and select a time of 30 minutes. Pour olive oil and distribute it over the bowl so that the rice does not burn.
- We fry the food. Place chopped onion in a multicooker bowl and fry until golden brown for 5-10 minutes, add meat, sprinkle with meat seasoning, salt and fry.
- As soon as one side is fried, turn the pieces of meat over and add the grated carrots. After 10 minutes, mix everything and continue frying for 5 minutes.
- Add rice. Pour rice into a multi-cooker bowl, add water and add pilaf seasoning, garlic and a little more salt. Mix thoroughly and close the lid.
- We present the program.
We set up the “Stewing” program on the Redmond multicooker, set the time to 40 minutes and start cooking. A few minutes before the end of cooking, add finely chopped herbs, which will add flavor to the dish. - Serve on the table. After the multicooker beeps, disconnect the device from the network. We spread the pilaf after 10-15 minutes, letting it soak in a closed bowl.
Lamb pilaf in a slow cooker
- Lamb loin - 0.5 kg.
- Rice groats - 2 cups.
- Carrot - 1 pc.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Sesame or vegetable oil - a quarter cup.
- Spices - 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste.
First of all, wash the rice. Then cut the meat into small pieces. Cut vegetables as usual for pilaf.
Then add vegetables to the bowl and extend frying for another 10 minutes. Don't forget to stir the ingredients occasionally. When preparing zirvak (base), do not close the lid.
After all the manipulations and the allotted time, load the rice. People who prefer spicy food and garlic lovers should add a whole pepper and garlic just before adding rice. Pour water onto a leveled surface 1 cm above the grain level.
Start the Extinguishing mode for 40 minutes, if the time is not set automatically. The lid must be closed. 10 minutes after the signal, stir the palam and place it in plates.
