Compound:
- blue whiting – 1 kg;
- chicken egg – 2 pcs.;
- mayonnaise – 50 g;
- water – 40-60 ml;
- wheat flour – 100 g;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
- refined vegetable oil - how much will be needed.
Cooking method:
- Gut the fish and fillet it. The fillet layers can be left whole, or cut in half or into 3 parts.
- Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Whisk the ingredients.

The easiest and fastest way to prepare blue whiting is to fry it in a frying pan. To do this, the product should be gutted and washed thoroughly. For washing, you should use only cold water, since under the influence of hot water the protein will begin to curl, and the fish will fall apart into small pieces when frying.
