Let's start all the manipulations with the carcass. One day I came across a whole fish. It's good that it was small in size, I quickly dealt with it. But if you come across more, be prepared to work hard.
So, remove the scales with a knife or scraper and the insides, cut off the head, tail and fins. Usually I wash the inside well and remove all sorts of films from there. And only then I cut the fillet, bringing the knife along the back, and then using my thumb to separate the meat from the bones. Then I cut into portions. Marinate the fish, lightly salt it, and set aside. Let's do the vegetables. Let's prepare the carrots first. I decided to give all the vegetables this format – long straws. Celery is the next character that will decorate our dish in every way. If you don't want so much celery at once, cut it in half more. I wouldn’t add potatoes, but they will make this dish more satisfying. We will clean, wash and cut into your favorite format. Tomato is present here, since I do not salt either fish or vegetables. But it will also give a great taste to all participants in this process. Cut so that it does not lose its shape. Next I had bell pepper. Since there was no red, I cut green. What a difference - it will be a daily dose of usefulness!
Well, then we chop the garlic and, having collected all the vegetables in a bowl, lightly coat them with butter and sprinkle with spices.
