To prepare a lemon drink, use regular or carbonated water.

The traditional homemade lemon drink is not carbonated.

  • 3-4 medium lemons;
  • sugar – 1.5 cups (this is 300 g);
  • mint - half a glass (this is 100-200 g).

The sequence of actions is as follows:

Step 1. Wash the lemon and mint, remove the zest from the fruit. First, you need to pour boiling water over the lemon, then wipe it thoroughly and remove the zest with a housekeeper or a special knife.
