At the same time, the jam is constantly stirred so that there are no lumps. Afterwards it boils for a minute and is removed from the heat. It is poured into clean glass jars and stored in a cold room.

You can make lemon jam with ginger. First, washed lemons, in the amount of 7 pieces, are poured with boiling water. This way they will be less bitter. After 10 minutes, they are taken out, cut into pieces, and the seeds and hard films are removed.

Additionally grind in a food processor. The resulting gruel is transferred to a saucepan and ginger cut into small cubes (0.5 cups) and 0.4 liters of water. This mixture is placed on fire and brought to a boil. It should be cooked for 6 minutes. Next, add pectin and 5 cups of sugar. After this, the jam is boiled for another 5 minutes.

On a note! You don't have to add pectin, but in this case the jam will have to cook for about 40 minutes.

Recipe for cough and bronchitis

  • Squeeze the juice from chopped fresh ginger;
  • tsp combine ginger juice with the same amount of lemon;
  • pour a glass of boiling water and let it brew;
  • add tsp. honey and leave for a couple of minutes.

How to take: ginger with honey and lemon, take one tsp. up to 6 times a day for dry cough to soften mucus and facilitate its removal.

Children's ginger tea with lemon, honey, ginger

A drink made from ginger, honey and lemon is also good for children. The essential oils contained in ginger promote a speedy recovery, resist viruses, flu and colds, and also strengthen the child’s immune system.

In addition to ginger, the tea also contains other components that reduce headaches, eliminate muscle spasms, vomiting and nausea. And in order for the drink to be not only healthy, but also tasty, dried fruits are added to the recipe: raisins, dates, dried apricots or prunes.

Tea with ginger, lemon and honey

Ingredients:

  • Tea – 2 tbsp.
  • Ginger – 100 g
  • Dried fruits (dates, raisins, dried apricots) – 100 g
  • Water – 1 l
  • Citrus – 0.5 pcs.
  • Honey - to taste.

The algorithm for preparing a natural medicine for babies is as follows:

  1. Peel the ginger root and grate it on a fine grater.
  2. Rinse dried fruits well under running water.
  3. Boil water.
  4. Wash the lemon thoroughly with baking soda or laundry soap. Cut the ingredient into slices, removing the seeds.
  5. Place prepared ginger, fruit or black tea into boiling water. Add dried fruits and lemon to the remaining ingredients.
  6. Infuse the tea for 60 minutes and filter through cheesecloth.
  7. Before consumption, stir honey into the drink to taste.

Take warm natural medicine, half a glass 4 times a day, half an hour before meals.
