Cooking process
Wash the potatoes well. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, pour in vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200-210 degrees for about 45 minutes. You can check the readiness of the potatoes with a dry toothpick - the finished baked potatoes will be easily pierced with a toothpick.

Place the filling into potato boats.
Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish. Grate 30-50 grams of cheese and sprinkle it over the top of the filling.

Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the onion, ham and pepper.
Remove the finished potatoes from the foil and place on a cutting board.
Cut off the top of the potato and carefully remove the center.
Add butter to the potato pulp taken out onto a plate and remember, stirring well.
