- 150 g raisins;

- 10 tbsp granulated sugar;

Preparation
- At the very beginning, wash the raisins and pour boiling water over them for a few minutes.
- Place the cottage cheese in a deep bowl and blend with an immersion blender for two minutes. Or you can pass it through a sieve.
- After this, add eggs to the bowl, add semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar, add sour cream, and also add a pinch of salt. Beat everything with a blender or use a kitchen whisk. We should get a homogeneous mass.
- Drain the liquid from the raisins, dry them on paper napkins and add them to the curd mass. Stir well.
- Grease the prepared pan with butter and lightly sprinkle with semolina. Spread the mixture and level it over the surface.
- Place in the oven for one hour, which should be preheated to 180 minutes. After 30 minutes of baking, you can brush the surface with egg to create a nice crust.
