Rice casserole with milk

Ingredients
- 400–450 g rice;
- 100 g butter;
- 200 g sugar;
- 5 eggs;
- 1 liter of milk;
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil.
Preparation
Boil the rice for 5–7 minutes.
After rinsing, drain in a colander to drain all the liquid, and mix with melted butter. Beat sugar with eggs until completely dissolved. Add milk, stir again and add rice. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place rice and milk in it. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 180°C.
