Fish in egg batter with milk

Ingredients
- 2 eggs;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 150 ml milk;
- 200 g flour;
- 700 g fish fillet;
- pepper - to taste;
- 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Preparation
In a bowl, beat the eggs with half the salt. Without stopping, gradually pour in the milk. Add flour. Stir until there are no lumps.
Cut the fish fillet into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dip the fish in the batter and fry until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes on each side.
