Chicken roll according to the classic recipe
You can quickly and tasty prepare a flavorful snack from a simple food set, which includes:
- chicken fillet – 2 – 3 pcs.;
- black pepper - 5 g;
- spices - according to taste preferences;
- salt - as much as needed.
Progress:
- The meat is washed, lightly beaten and rubbed with a mixture of seasonings and salt.
- The blanks are rolled into fairly tight rolls and then wrapped in foil.
- The rolls are laid out on a baking sheet.
- The appetizer is baked for 25 minutes. at 200 °C.
Homemade sausage can be served immediately after cooling.
Diet chicken breast roll
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken fillet halves;
- 6 orange slices;
- 9 pcs. dried apricots;
- 3 dessert spoons of soy sauce;
- 3 – 4 teeth. garlic;
- 3 dessert spoons of corn oil.
Preparation:
- Mix oil and classic soy sauce. Coat the chicken fillet with the mixture. This will take about half of the marinade. Leave the chicken in this form for 40 - 50 minutes.
- Free the orange slices from all membranes. Add mashed garlic to the remaining marinade. Wash the dried apricots, soak them in hot water and cut them.
- Make pocket-shaped cuts on the marinated chicken pieces and fill them with orange and dried apricots.
- Coat the pieces with the remaining marinade. Roll the meat into rolls and place each in a baking bag. Wrap on both sides and cook the rolls in a pan of water for 50 minutes.
Leave the treat in a cool place to infuse for 5 – 7 hours.
Bake in foil
To serve a nutritious product made from poultry meat, rich in protein, you just need to acquire the most common products:
- fillet - 300 g;
- mushrooms – 400 g;
- egg – 1 pc.;
- milk - 100 ml;
- piece of cheese – 100 g;
- vegetable oil for frying - how much will be needed;
- salt - to taste.
The roll in foil is prepared as follows:
- The egg is beaten with cool milk. Omelette-pancakes are baked from the resulting mixture.
- The mushrooms are chopped and simmered until the moisture disappears.
- The fillet pieces are cut off and the cheese is grated.
- Omelettes are laid out on the chops and covered with mushrooms and cheese.
- The rolls are rolled, wrapped in foil and placed in the oven for half an hour at 200 °C.
To add flavor to the sausages, you can add chopped herbs to the egg-milk mixture.
Cooking chicken breast rolls with pineapple in the oven
Chicken and pineapples are a permanent “tandem”, the most common “couple” of ingredients in many modern dishes!
Ingredients:
- chicken loin – 1 kg;
- mayonnaise – 50 g (filling) + 50 g (sauce);
- canned pineapple – ½ can;
- hard cheese – 100 g;
- basil, black pepper – 5 g;
- salt - to taste
- garlic – 2 cloves.
Cooking steps:
- Cut each piece of meat in half. Make chops from the fillet using a kitchen hammer.
- Sprinkle both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Cut the pineapple pieces into small cubes.
- Pass the cheese through a large-mesh grater.
- Combine pineapples, grated cheese and mayonnaise, stir until smooth. Stuff the chops, roll them up, and secure the edges with toothpicks.
- Fry the packages a little in vegetable oil.
- For the sauce, mix chopped garlic cloves, chopped basil, season with mayonnaise. Grease the rolls.
- Place in an oven preheated to 190 C for half an hour.

Under the cheese crust
The roll with an appetizing crust with a creamy taste is prepared from the following ingredients:
- minced chicken - ½ kg;
- eggs – 3 pcs.;
- cheese - 400 g;
- mushrooms - 100 g;
- onion - 1 head;
- quail eggs – 2 pcs.;
- sweet pepper – 1 pc.;
- salt, spices and herbs - according to taste preferences.
Creation method:
- Chicken eggs are beaten with cheese shavings, salt and spices.
- An omelette is baked from the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Mushrooms are simmered together with chopped onions in a frying pan.
- Boiled quail eggs, herbs and pepper are crushed.
- The frying is distributed over the omelette, and then the filling is made from quail eggs and other ingredients.
- The rolled roll is wrapped in parchment and placed in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.

We complement the dish with mushrooms

- salt - to taste;

With gelatin
As a rule, chicken roll with gelatin is cooked in a saucepan, but it can be cooked in the oven without any problems.
To make this snack, all you need is to have on hand:
- fillet - 1 kg;
- kefir - ½ l;
- gelatin packet - 20 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- pepper and salt - to taste.
Progress:
- The fillets are washed, beaten, salted and peppered.
- The meat ingredient is placed in a bowl, where it is filled with fermented milk product.
- After 30 minutes, the meat is laid out on the dry side on cling film and covered with salt, pepper, gelatin and garlic crumbs.
- Carefully roll the roll so that the film does not get into its middle.
- The product is placed in a mold filled 1/3 with water.
- The appetizer is prepared for 60 minutes at 190 °C.
After removing from the oven, the roll should cool on the counter to room temperature, after which it should be placed in the refrigerator for 5 hours.
Thigh fillet with bacon
Unlike breast meat, meat from legs is higher in calories, but at the same time tasty and very juicy.
Therefore, for the next recipe we will use chicken thighs.
Ingredients for eight pieces:
- 1 tsp each mustard and paprika;
- 60 g bacon;
- Bulgarian pepper;
- 60 g dried apricots;
- two garlic cloves;
- three spoons of sour cream.
Cooking method:
- We remove the skin from the thighs of the bird and take out the bone, we try to do this process very carefully so that the piece of meat remains intact. Place the cut side up on a plate.
- Mix sour cream with mustard, add chopped garlic, salt and pepper. We coat the thighs with the prepared marinade, but only on one side. Cover with film and refrigerate for an hour.
- Pour boiling water over the dried apricots, wait five minutes, then take them out and cut them into strips. We also cut the bell pepper and the bacon into slices.
- Place dried apricots, peppers and bacon on the marinated part of the legs, roll each piece and tie it with thread, but not too tightly so that the thread does not break in the oven.
- We also coat the rolls with a sauce made from vegetable oil, paprika and salt. Place the meat pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes (temperature – 200 °C).
- Remove the thread from the cooled rolls and place on a plate along with lettuce leaves.
Cooking in bacon
Using this recipe, you can pamper your loved ones with an appetizer worthy of a restaurant menu.
Prepare the following foods in advance:
- chicken breasts – 2 pcs.;
- bacon - 400 g;
- curd cheese – 200 g;
- pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.;
- bell pepper (preferably red) – 1 pc.;
- spices (basil, pepper, marjoram, thyme, dill, parsley) - optional;
- vegetable oil – 8 tbsp. l..
Sequence of actions:
- 4 fillets are prepared from the breasts, each of which is cut like a book and beaten.
- Bacon is laid out on cling film along the width of the meat pieces, which is covered with fillet treated with spices.
- Blocks of cheese, pepper and cucumber are laid out on one edge.
- The roll is formed using a film, which is fixed on both sides so that the cheese and vegetable juice do not leak out.
- The products are laid out in a deep baking tray into which oil and water (2 cm) are poured.
Cooking at 200°C will take no more than 45 minutes.
Chicken roll wrapped in bacon and cheese

Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breasts;
- 125 g cream cheese;
- 8 basil leaves;
- 16 thin slices of bacon (about 150 g);
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 1 sprig of dill - optional.
Preparation
Lay the breasts flat, wrap in cling film and beat with a kitchen hammer. Top chicken with cheese and basil. Roll into rolls and wrap each in bacon.
