  • 900 gr. Chinese cabbage.
  • 400 gr. smoked chicken.
  • 250 gr. cheese.
  • 1 loaf of white bread.
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.

  • Ground black pepper, salt and other spices - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the bread into cubes about 1.5 - 2 cm in size. Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet and place in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a separate container and squeeze out one clove of garlic. When all the crackers are baked until golden brown, transfer them to a container and cover with garlic oil. After this, return the crackers to the oven for 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. Next, let's start preparing the salad itself. Cut the base off the Chinese cabbage and disassemble the head into leaves. Cut off a dense stalk from each leaf, and then finely chop the cabbage.
  4. Trim all excess from the smoked chicken: remaining bones, veins, excess fat and skin. Then cut the chicken and cheese into small cubes and add to the cabbage.

  • 1 cucumber.
  • 900 gr. Chinese cabbage.

  • 3 cloves of garlic.

Cooking method:
