  7. The top of the mixture is dusted with flour and the bowl is covered with a napkin. Place it in a warm place to rise, eliminating the possibility of drafts.
  8. After 50-60 minutes. the dough should almost double in size. They do a kneading exercise: they knead the mass with gentle movements, this way the excess carbon dioxide goes away. Cover with a napkin and leave the dough for another 45-60 minutes.
  9. The newly risen dough is kneaded and placed on a table dusted with flour. The baking sheets are covered with baking paper and coated with oil.
  10. For buns or pies, the mass is divided into several equal pieces and the products are shaped.
  11. For large pies, the layer is rolled out, folded in four, rolled out again, then placed on a baking sheet and sides are made. Next, fill with any filling and decorate with the rest of the dough on top. For a loaf or roll, the quadruple-folded layer is re-rolled, folded, and placed on a baking sheet.
