  • 1 package of jelly powder;
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 1 tsp. slaked soda;
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream;
  • 50 g granulated sugar;
  • 100 g cherries;
  • 100 g crackers;
  • 1 package of sweet curd mass.

Detailed cooking process:

  1. First you need to pour the package of jelly into a bowl, break the eggs into it and beat the mixture with a whisk.
  2. Next, you can pour flour, slaked soda into a bowl and mix all the ingredients again with a mixer. The resulting dough should be divided into 2 parts and poured into 2 identical baking dishes.
  3. Now you can preheat the oven to 180 °C, place both forms inside and bake the pieces for 10 - 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, you need to prepare the cream. To do this, place a package of curd mass in a clean bowl, mash it with a fork, pour in sour cream and add granulated sugar. The components should be beaten with a mixer until a thick mass is formed.

  5. Afterwards, you need to place the first part of the pie on a flat dish, spread it evenly with cream, place the second part on top and cover it with cream in the same way. Now you need to decorate the top of the pie with cherries and crackers, spreading them over the surface of the pie.
