  2. All eggs need to be placed in a large container, filled with cold water. They should be soft-boiled.
  3. Ready eggs need to be removed from the pan and gently hit to crack the shell. Afterwards, place under pressure of cold water for about 7-8 minutes.
  4. There is no need to peel the eggs. You need to put them again in a large container and fill them with 1 liter of water. Afterwards, start warming up.
  5. While the liquid is boiling, you will need to combine black tea, a mixture of spices, classic soy sauce and citrus juice. This mass must be transferred to a saucepan with water and eggs.
  6. All components together should be cooked for about 7-8 minutes over low heat.
