3. We form 25 balls from the dough, then use a knife to cut potatoes, knead the ball on the knife into a layer and roll it into a bagel.
Dip in sugar and place on a baking sheet, first covering it with parchment.
4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 -25 minutes.
