  3. It is important not to overcook the cake, otherwise the top layer may spread and the bottom layer may burn. If you are worried about your figure, then just choose low-fat sour cream, reduce the dose of sugar and increase the number of berries. Now tea drinking will become a real holiday. The pie according to this recipe turns out beautiful and fragrant, and even surpasses the taste of the cake. It consists of a thin shortbread crust and a juicy sour cream and berry filling, which is very reminiscent of creamy ice cream. This dessert is best served chilled.

At the kneading stage, it is very important not to overfill the dough with too much flour. It's better to leave it a little sticky.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g flour;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 125 g sour cream;
  • 50 g sugar;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder.

For filling:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 350 g sour cream;
  • 250 g sugar;
  • 40 g flour;
  • 1 tsp. vanilla sugar.

For filling:

  • 400 g fresh strawberries;
  • 1 tbsp. l. corn starch.

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Place sour cream and sugar in another container and stir until the crystals dissolve.

  2. Pour melted butter into the sweet sour cream mixture, at a temperature not exceeding 50 degrees. Sift the flour and baking powder through a sieve here. Using a spatula, knead the dough until it forms lumps. Transfer it to the table and quickly knead with your hands. Wrap in a bag and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

  3. For sour cream filling, combine eggs, flour, sugar and sour cream. Whisk the mixture. Wash the strawberries and dry them. Cut large berries in half. Add starch and mix carefully.

  4. Take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out into a thin layer. Transfer to a baking dish. Cover the top with parchment paper and pour in any cereal. In this form, bake for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees. Next, remove the parchment with the cereal, place the berries on the crust, pour in sour cream and bake for about another 35 minutes.

  5. Shortbread pie with strawberries will decorate even the holiday table. If desired, it can be prepared with any other berries and fruits.

Shortbread pie with fresh strawberries in sour cream filling

I propose to prepare a very simple, but fantastically tasty, shortbread pie with strawberries in a sweet sour cream sauce. Shortbread is an excellent base for quick baking. This recipe perfectly combines crumbly dough with strawberry filling and sour cream. Baking is made with fresh strawberries, but shortbread pie is also very tasty with frozen berries. The recipe specifies category C0 eggs. If you bought small eggs, for example, category C2, then it is better to take 3 pieces. Place one in the dough and two in the sauce. I recommend using premium wheat flour, sift it first.

What we need for the pie:

  • strawberries - 300 g;
  • sour cream - 150 ml;
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.;
  • wheat flour - 2 cups;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • starch - 1 tbsp;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • sugar - 100 g (50 g for base + 50 g for filling).

Mold size: 20 cm. Glass - 250 ml.

How to make strawberry pie with sour cream

  1. Melt the butter over low heat or in the microwave. The main thing is not to bring the oil to a boil.

  2. Add 50 grams of sugar to the butter. Let's stir.

  3. Break one egg into a bowl. Gently stir until the mixture is homogeneous. Sugar will dissolve quickly in warm oil.

  4. Add sifted flour. I immediately poured all the flour into a bowl.

  5. Let's knead the dough. It turns out quite dense.

  6. Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. The mass should cool slightly.
  7. Let's prepare the filling for the shortbread pie. Pour sour cream into a convenient bowl, add an egg, 50 grams of sugar and starch.

  8. Using a fork or whisk, beat the sour cream with the egg and sugar. The result is a beautiful yellow mixture.

  9. 10 minutes have passed and the pie is ready to be assembled. Let's take a springform pan. My diameter is 20 centimeters. This is the optimal size for the specified amount of ingredients.

  10. Put the dough into the mold. Starting from the center, distribute it over the entire surface of the mold. Let's make a side about one centimeter high.

  11. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Cut into small pieces. You can use whole berries, but I cut the strawberries.

  12. Pour the filling into the baking dish and arrange the strawberry pieces. It turns out to be a very colorful picture.

  13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, then place our shortbread pie in it. Increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees and bake until done. It took me 35 minutes.

The finished shortbread pie needs to be removed from the oven. Let's wait for it to cool down a little. Let's take off the ring, and this is how beautiful it turns out! Sprinkle the cooled strawberry shortcake with powdered sugar.

If you don’t have time to cook at all, this is not a reason to refuse delicious homemade baked goods. The jellied dough is prepared in just 5 minutes. In the meantime, while the cake is baking, you can safely do other things around the house. The result will delight all sweet tooths, and no one will guess that the recipe is so simple and quick.

Required ingredients:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 250 ml kefir;
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara;
  • A pinch of salt;
  • 1 tsp. baking powder;
  • 400 g flour;
  • 150 g fresh strawberries.

Preparation:

  1. Break the eggs into a clean, dry bowl, add salt and beat with a mixer for several minutes until fluffy foam appears.

  2. Gradually add sugar, whisking continuously until the mass increases in volume and turns white. Then add kefir and beat again.

  3. Mix the flour with baking powder and sift it in portions into the liquid base. The result should be a homogeneous, fairly liquid dough.

  4. Grease the bottom of the silicone mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour out the dough. Spread strawberries evenly on top.

  5. Bake the cake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden stick. Serve immediately once it has cooled slightly.

I personally like to prepare the dough using sour cream. Often, sour cream lingers in the refrigerator unused, then it’s time to make delicious dough with it. Strawberry pie with sour cream is easy to prepare, and the baked goods will certainly turn out rich and tasty, and the dough will be fluffy. Let's try.

We will need:

  • fresh strawberries - 200-300 gr.
  • flour - 2-2.5 cups
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sour cream - 1 glass
  • sugar - 200 gr.
  • butter - 70 gr.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • vanilla sugar

Try to rinse the strawberries in advance and place them on a paper towel to dry.

For the dough, mix eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer or whisk.

Add sour cream to the dough.

Melt the butter until liquid and also add to the dough. Mix everything well.

Sift the flour through a sieve and let it saturate with oxygen. Pour flour into the dough, add baking powder and soda. Let the dough sit for a little while, about 10 minutes.

Line the pie pan with paper, grease it with oil and pour the dough into it.

The consistency of the dough should be similar to thick sour cream.

You can surprise your guests with this recipe, despite the fact that it is very simple to prepare. Italian pie is an open-faced pie with fresh berries or fruits, topped with confiture. The basis of this baking is classic shortcrust pastry. Such a treat can even be served on a festive table for guests.

We will need:

For shortbread dough:

  • flour - 300 gr.
  • butter - 200 gr.
  • sugar - 80 gr.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.

For filling:

  • strawberries - 200 - 300 gr.
  • sour cream - 200 gr.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
  • fruit jelly - 1 pack

First, let's prepare the fruit jelly. I just buy ready-made jelly, dilute it with water according to the instructions and cool it. But you can make jelly using gelatin. Pour 1 tsp. gelatin with water, compote or fruit juice (about 100 ml), let it swell and then heat until the gelatin dissolves. Place in the refrigerator until hardened. Gelatin should not harden very much, more like confiture, so that it can be spread freely over the surface.

Let's start preparing the shortbread dough.

Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, mix with a mixer until smooth. The color turns out almost white.

Warm the butter slightly to room temperature before cooking. Cut the butter into pieces and stir into the egg mixture. The mixer must run constantly. The mass will look like cream. You can eat it, of course, it’s delicious. But let's continue anyway.

Quench the soda with vinegar and add to the dough.

All that remains is to add flour. We make sure to sift it and gradually introduce it into the dough. Stir everything until smooth.

Wrap the dough in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Place the dough in a mold greased with vegetable or butter. Using your hands, level the dough along the edges so that the filling fits into the crust.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. We take it out of the mold. The finished cake should cool.

In the meantime, let's start preparing the filling. Mix sour cream with sugar and beat with a mixer until fluffy.

While the pie is cooling, the sour cream can also be placed in the refrigerator.

Sour cream must have a fat content of at least 30%.

Pour the cream into the cake.

We level the surface and decorate our share with strawberries.

We take the gelatin out of the refrigerator and simply spread it on top of the pie with a spoon.
