How to cook:

Modern technology greatly simplifies the cooking process. She minimizes the time spent in the kitchen, leaving it for more interesting activities. The slow cooker is my favorite device. I even take it with me on trips. I cook myself breakfast without leaving my hotel room. Fast, simple, and most importantly – useful!
The device was invented for cooking rice, but it seems to me that it was simply created for sweet potatoes. You don't have to worry about what to cook with sweet potatoes. In a slow cooker it is easy to fry, bake, stew or steam.
Here is a recipe for a delicious vegetable stew. For 2 servings prepare:
- Medium size potato.
- Half a pack of frozen vegetables.
What to do:
- Wash and remove the skin.
- Cut into cubes.
- Place in the multicooker bowl.
- Add freezing. I took the Caribbean Blend. It includes mini carrots, small ears of corn, green peas and some beans. Any frozen mix will do. If available, use fresh vegetables: zucchini, peas, tomato, bell pepper or kohlrabi. You can put turnips. It goes great with sweet potatoes.

How to cook:
1. First you need to set the broth to boil. Wash the chicken breast and place it in a pan. They put it on fire. The broth is salted. After boiling, cook for 30 minutes. The breast is removed and the broth is filtered through cheesecloth.
2. Onions are peeled and cut into cubes. The tomatoes are washed and dried. Cut into cubes. It is not necessary to remove the skin.
3. Drain the liquid from the beans. Place it in a bowl. When there are no canned beans, you can use boiled ones.
4. The sweet potato is peeled, washed, cut into cubes. The chicken breast is also cut into cubes. Olive oil is poured into a cauldron and sent to the fire. Add onion and sauté until soft and transparent. This will take 2-3 minutes.
5. Add tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes. Pour in the broth and add the beans. Add paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Sweet potatoes are placed in the cauldron. Cook for about a quarter of an hour. Add chicken breast.

- Pour hot water into a deep saucepan. Place the slices in a container, then cover with a lid and leave on the stove until it boils.
- After boiling, you need to cook the potatoes for about 3-4 minutes. The readiness of the product can be checked with a regular knife.
- The finished sweet potatoes should be placed in a sieve and left in the sink (or larger container) to completely remove excess water.
- Place a piece of ghee in a frying pan. If desired, you can use butter (or add a small amount of vegetable or olive oil so that the butter does not burn).
- The pan must be put on fire and the oil distributed over the surface of the pan.
