If you have fresh, you can put fresh... of course, after cutting it into rings. Don’t fry for too long, the garlic gets through quickly... otherwise it may taste bitter later. Don't forget to stir. I added the meat to the pan... stir it well... I fried it for about 6 minutes.

Then I added mushrooms and carrots. Mixed it up. Here I fried it for about 7 minutes, probably.

I added my dried celery to the dish... if you have fresh, add fresh... also cut the stalk into strips... the leaves will go there too. Finally added water, soy sauce and oyster sauce. I put in instant noodles... this time I have Big Bon... we only use noodles, throw away all the sauces and seasonings that are in the bag. As you can see, I tried to put all the ingredients on the noodles... I want them to be saturated with juices. To be honest, it wasn’t very convenient... three packs would have been convenient to mix, but I could barely fit four...
