In fact, if you can use canned tuna for such purposes, then salmon will fit in quite well, and not just pink salmon - any! It turned out very tasty! Delicate creamy sauce with the addition of spinach and oyster mushrooms!

If you don't like oyster mushrooms, you can use champignons or chanterelles. Instead of whole grain pasta, you can use regular durum white flour. This dish is well suited to a pasta shape that holds or absorbs thick sauces: fusilli, tagliatelle, fettuccine. You can choose any cheese, semi-hard varieties: Maasdam, Edam, Telsiter and others.

How to cook “Pasta with canned pink salmon” step by step with photos at home

Prepare the necessary ingredients: canned pink salmon (weight indicated without juice), pasta, spinach, cream, cheese, oyster mushrooms, salt and pepper. You will also need a little oil for frying and 1 spoon of starch (optional).

Fry the oyster mushrooms cut into pieces in a small amount of oil. At the same time, you can start cooking the pasta.

I really love this pasta, in particular, probably because it is one of the first pasta dishes I mastered back in my student years. How to cook “Pasta with tuna” step by step with photos at home

Ingredients: any pasta (I used butterflies), canned tuna in oil, peas (canned or frozen), onion, cream, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Pour in and set aside 0.5 cup of the pasta cooking water (you may need it to thin out the sauce). Drain the finished pasta.
