- Rolls made from yeast dough begin to be prepared with dough for kneading. The milk is heated to room temperature, yeast is added to it and completely dissolved. Enter 2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar and mix. You should get a homogeneous mixture. Add a tablespoon of flour into it and mix.
- Cover the dough with a towel and move it to a warm place. It should stand for 15 minutes. At this time, heat the butter and allow it to cool.
- Beat two chicken eggs into the oil.
- Add sugar and mix. It is better to do this with a whisk.
- Add vanilla sugar, sifted flour and salt. Flour must be added gradually to make the dough fluffy.
- Mix thoroughly with a spoon, after which all that remains is to knead with your hands.
- Cover the yeast dough with a towel and leave to rise for 40 minutes in a warm place. You can wrap it in film. During this time, the volume becomes twice as large.
This is followed by the formation of buns. The recipe for preparing dough for buns is the same, but they can be shaped in different ways. Each recipe has its own characteristics, so you should not deviate from the algorithm of actions.

- Subsequently, they are divided into three bundles and rolled out. They are braided in the form of a pigtail. The remaining braids are performed in the same way.
- Mix milk with chicken yolk in a cup. There is no need to beat them. It is enough to ensure that the mixture becomes homogeneous.
The surface of the dough is greased with the mixture and sprinkled with sesame seeds, sugar, and poppy seeds. During molding, products are given a clear shape; this can be done using special devices.
Pastries in the shape of heart and butterfly

Super quick recipe for puff pastry curls with cottage cheese
The next of the promised recipes is prepared quite quickly, and you can also vary the various fillings by adding sweet or salty cottage cheese, based on personal taste preferences. There are no secrets, everything is simple - we won’t make the dough, but will take ready-made dough.
You will need the following products:
- puff pastry with yeast (can be replaced with yeast-free puff pastry, it also turns out delicious) – 500 g
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- sugar – 2 -3 tbsp.
How to cook:
- Defrost the dough.
- Meanwhile, we prepare the filling for our curd curls, thoroughly mixing the cottage cheese with sugar. If desired, you can add raisins, cinnamon, grated lemon or orange zest, and vanillin to the mixture.
- Roll out the sheet of dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
- We distribute the curd filling in a thin layer on top of the resulting dough layer (for a more convenient distribution of the filling over the dough, you can use a tablespoon).
- We twist the roll and use a sharp knife to cut future curls 2-3 cm thick.
- We cover the mold with parchment and place the products on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

To prepare salted curd curls, we simply do not add sugar, but add some salt to the cottage cheese and, if desired, you can sprinkle the filling and the rolled out sheet of dough with basil.
