List of ingredients:

  • milk - 180 gr.;
  • dry yeast - 7 g;
  • sugar - 40 gr.;
  • brown sugar – 60 gr.;
  • egg – 2;
  • butter – 65 gr.;
  • wheat flour – 450 gr.;
  • apple – 2;
  • cottage cheese – 250-300 gr.;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • lemon zest – ½ tsp;
  • vanilla extract – 1 tsp;
  • salt.

Cooking method:

  1. Dissolve yeast and a tablespoon of sugar in warm milk.
  2. Leave the dough for 7 minutes to increase its volume.
  3. Sift flour into a container, mix it with sugar and salt.
  4. Make a funnel in the flour, pour the dough and egg into it.
  5. Add vanilla extract and knead into a soft dough.
  6. Pour melted butter into the dough.
  7. Form a ball of dough and knead it on the table for 8 minutes.
  8. Place the dough in a mold greased with vegetable oil, cover with film and set aside for an hour.
  9. Peel and core the apples.
  10. Cut the fruit into cubes and pour lemon juice over them.
  11. Saute the apples for 8 minutes with half the brown sugar and lemon zest in the butter heated in a frying pan.
  12. For the streusel, mix the sifted flour with the remaining brown sugar and 30 grams of butter.
  13. Turn the mixture into coarse crumbs and place in the refrigerator.
  14. Beat cottage cheese, yolk, sugar and vanilla extract in a blender.
  15. Divide the dough into small parts and roll them into balls.
  16. Place the pieces on a baking sheet, cover with film and leave for 25 minutes.
  17. Form cheesecakes, place them in the filling in the cavity.
  18. Mix the yolk with a tablespoon of milk and brush the dough.
  19. Place apples on top of the cottage cheese and sprinkle with crumbs.
  20. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
