That is why you should absolutely never use margarine here; cook only with butter, good butter.
- Place the butter in a bowl, add flour, sugar and salt. Mash the butter with a fork or your fingers, mixing it into the flour until coarse crumbs form.
- Add 3 tbsp. l. cold water and stirring quickly, knead the dough. The dough will not be thick, like shortbread. It won't pour out of a spoon, but you won't be able to form it into a ball either.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a spoon, place the dough on paper and smooth it into a layer about 5 mm thick. Place peach slices on the dough, starting from the center. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes. At such a high temperature, the thin dough will quickly bake, and the fruit, remaining slightly hard inside, will be covered with a thin caramel crust on top.
Whether you eat the pie hot or cold, it doesn’t matter. He's great in both ways. If you want to somehow complement this dessert, when serving, add a spoonful of the most ordinary sour cream to it.

Fry until nicely golden, turn over and fry on the other side, sprinkle with herbs - and dive into this deliciousness like crazy.

- First, let's prepare the jelly. I usually make it in the evening and bake the roll in the morning. We prepare it according to the instructions, but we take less water; if it is indicated that 2 glasses are needed, I take 1.4. After this, pour the jelly into any container (it is advisable that the height of the jelly does not exceed 2 cm) and wait for it to harden. When the jelly has frozen, you can prepare the roll. It is done very quickly))
- So, let's prepare the base of our roll (dough). To do this, it is best to beat the yolks and whites separately - the yolks with sugar, the whites on their own until a stable foam. You can, of course, beat everything together (the dough is not capricious, it will still work out), but if you beat it separately, it will turn out MUCH more tender.
- After this, mix all the ingredients. Add the whites last, stirring gently with a spatula. Now we cover our baking sheet with foil and pour half of the dough onto it (the second will be used for the second roll). With my baking sheet size, I get a layer of dough approximately 1 cm thick. Bake at 200 degrees, approximately 12 minutes (until browned)
- Turn the finished cake over onto a laid out towel, remove the foil (it can be easily removed), roll the roll TOGETHER WITH THE TOWEL and let it cool.
- By the way, the roll will rise in the oven, then settle, and after rolling it will even shrink slightly in size - this is normal.
- Repeat the same procedure with the second part of the dough and for the second roll.
- Carefully unroll the cooled cakes and grease them with yogurt (I emphasize again - the yogurt should be thick), retreating 1 cm from the edges.
- Place pieces of jelly on top of the yogurt in a chaotic manner using a teaspoon (just take a teaspoon of the jelly and shake it onto the roll)
- Carefully roll it up. You won’t be able to roll it as tightly as rolls with condensed milk, but that’s not necessary.
- Pour melted chocolate and butter on top, sprinkle with nuts and...

I don’t like vegetable oil in sweet baked goods, so I used 100 g of butter at room temperature, which I beat with sugar in a mixer, and then added the egg and all the other ingredients.
I didn’t have yogurt, but homemade kefir, which was a bit runny. So I increased the baking time a little.
The consistency turns out to be slightly moist, like a cake, but at the same time not a cake.
Sugar used 50% brown 50% regular. If desired, you can add cinnamon. And another very interesting and beautiful option is to bake this pie in portions

Add minced meat to the finished dough in a 1:1 ratio, mix well and fry in preheated vegetable oil (the thickness of the oil layer is about 0.5-1 cm).
9. “Minute” cake in the oven quickly.
Ingredients: Flour - 1.5 Glasses Egg - 2 Pieces Sour cream - 1 Glass (+ in cream) Sugar - 1 Glass (+ in cream) Soda - 0.5 teaspoons Method of preparation: Mix a glass of sugar and sour cream, add eggs to them and beat the mixture until foam forms. Sift the flour and mix with soda, add the flour to the sour cream mass, knead the dough to a homogeneous consistency. Carefully transfer the prepared dough into a baking dish and place it in an oven preheated to 200-250 degrees. After just 10-15 minutes, you can check whether our cake layer is ready by piercing it with a match. If the match turns out to be dry, remove the pan from the oven and let the cake cool a little. We cut the cake into several layers and grease each with sour cream whipped with sugar. If time permits, you can also prepare cream from condensed milk, butter and cocoa and decorate our cake with it. If you don’t have time, you can simply coat it with sour cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate or nuts that you can find at home.
10. Lazy cabbage rolls
Ingredients: Fresh cabbage, minced meat (any), rice, onions, carrots. tomato paste, a little flour, egg. Method of preparation: Fry onions and carrots. Boil the rice. Finely chop the cabbage. Mix all ingredients, add salt and pepper, add egg. Form cutlets from this mixture and fry on both sides. Place in a baking dish. Prepare the sauce. To do this, saute a couple of tablespoons of flour and tomato paste in the oil that remains from frying our lazy cabbage rolls, dilute with water, boil and pour over the cabbage rolls. Then into the oven. until the cabbage is ready!
11. “LAZY” KHYCHANS
Khychany is a dish of Ossetian cuisine. This is the name for closed flatbreads with various fillings. If you choose meat and potatoes as a filling, you will get the most “male dish” possible. The proposed recipe belongs to the category of “quick dish”, as it involves the use of ready-made (store-bought) dough. Nevertheless, Khychan tastes excellent. Ingredients: 1 package of ready-made pie dough (yeast) minced meat onion 1/2 onion potatoes - 4-6 medium-sized potatoes milk butter vegetable oil (for frying) salt, pepper to taste herbs as desired Preparation: Defrost the dough and leave in in a warm place for several hours - rise. Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes - peel, cut the potatoes (to cook faster) and boil in salted water. Then mash by adding butter and milk (or water). Fry minced meat with onions in vegetable oil. When the dough has risen, form it into flat cakes. Place minced meat and mashed potatoes in the center of each flatbread, sprinkle with herbs. Seal the edges of the flatbread as if it were white. The only difference is that there should be no hole left - this is a completely closed pie. Turn the resulting cake over, seam side down, and gently roll it with a rolling pin (or press it with your hands), giving the cake a slightly flat shape. Bake the flatbreads in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Over medium heat so that the dough has time to fry. Fry on both sides. Fast and easy. This dish has only one drawback - it disappears very quickly.
12. CABBAGE PIE FOR THE LAZY
INGREDIENTS: ● cabbage - about 0.5 kg ● vegetable oil - for greasing the pan ● butter - 50 g ● baking powder - 5 g ● flour - about 6 tbsp. heaped spoon ● egg – 3 pcs. ● salt – 0.5-1 tsp. (depending on your taste) ● sour cream – 5 tbsp. spoons ● mayonnaise – 3 tbsp. spoons ● black pepper - to taste PREPARATION: Chop the cabbage finely and mash it with your hands. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place cabbage in it. Place butter cut into thin slices on top and pepper. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream and salt. Add baking powder and mix again. Add flour little by little. The quantity indicated in the recipe is approximate. As a result, the dough should turn out like quite thick sour cream. The main thing is not to overdo it with flour - otherwise you won’t be able to fill the filling with dough. Pour the batter evenly over the cabbage filling. Place in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-40 minutes. The finished pie should be lightly browned and golden brown. By the way, I tried to cook exactly the same pie several times with zucchini cut into small cubes. If the cabbage version can be eaten all year round, then in the summer I recommend trying the version with zucchini.
13. Pie for breakfast
Ingredients: - 2 eggs - 1/2 teaspoon salt - 1/2 teaspoon salt baking powder - 1 cup kefir - 1 cup flour - 200 g cheese - sausage - herbs to taste Preparation: 1. Grind the eggs with baking powder (you can use soda) and salt, pour in a glass of kefir. 2. Mix with a mixer, gradually adding the prepared glass of flour. The dough should turn out like for pancakes. 3. When the dough is kneaded, add 150-200g of grated hard cheese, herbs (whatever you like) and several chopped sausages (you can use sausage or boiled meat). Mix well again and place in a greased mold. 4. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
14. HOMEMADE LAZY PIES
INGREDIENTS: ● Sausage - 6 pieces ● Thin lavash - 1 large sheet ● Hard cheese - 50 gr. ● Medium potatoes 4 pcs. ● Salt ● Ground black pepper ● Butter - 30 gr. ● Vegetable oil for frying PREPARATION: Peel the potatoes, boil and mash with a masher. Add butter, ground pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well. Cut the pita bread into rectangles, the width of a sausage, and about 12-14 centimeters long. Put a little mashed potato on each piece of pita bread, carefully spread it with a spoon over the entire surface in a thin layer. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Sprinkle the potato mixture with grated cheese and place a sausage on the edge. Roll the pita bread into a roll. Fry the rolls in vegetable oil on all sides.
15. KHACHAPURI FOR THE LAZY
INGREDIENTS: ● cheese - 100 gr. ● sour cream - 100 gr. ● egg — 1 pc. ● flour - 1 tbsp. ● dill ● salt ● pepper ● vegetable oil PREPARATION: 1. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. 2. Chop the dill. 3. Mix cheese, sour cream, eggs, flour, dill. Add salt. Spice up. Mix well. 4. Pour the mixture into a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. 5. Fry on both sides for 10 minutes. Then cool and cut into portions. To remove excess oil, blot both sides with a paper towel after removing from the pan. The oil was gone.
16. CASSERLE “LAZY CABBAGE”
Ingredients: - Zucchini - 300 g grated on a coarse grater - Tomatoes - 300 g cut into slices - Onion - 300 g. cut into cubes - Minced meat - 250 g - Boiled rice - 200 g - Spices (garlic, pepper, nutmeg, ginger) - Parsley - Salt, sugar to taste (but if the tomatoes are sweet, then do not add sugar) Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and fry the onion on it. Add grated zucchini to the onion and simmer until the zucchini is soft. Then add tomatoes and fry everything until done. Mix minced meat, rice, stewed zucchini. Salt, add spices and parsley. Mix everything, put it in a mold and bake in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes (but everyone has their own oven) The casserole is delicious both hot and cold.
17. The laziest pies with eggs and green onions
Ingredients: - Eggs - 2 pcs. raw and 2 pcs. boiled - Kefir - 0.5 l - Sour cream - 0.5 cups - Salt, pepper - to taste - Flour - Baking powder - Green onions Preparation: Beat eggs with salt. Then add sour cream there and mix again. Add kefir and mix again. Now add flour and baking powder, stirring constantly. The amount of flour varies - the main thing is that the dough has the consistency of regular pancakes. Peel the boiled eggs, cut into cubes and mix with chopped green onions. Mix the “filling” with the dough and mix well. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan and fry like regular pancakes. Can be served with sour cream.
18. LAZY BRIZOLKI - SUPER DUPER TASTY BRIZOLKI!
A hearty breakfast, a delicious lunch or dinner - this dish is suitable for all three occasions; preparing lazy brizol in the oven is not at all difficult, but you will see for yourself how many positive impressions there are from it! Lazy brizol has only one drawback: once you start eating it, it is very, very difficult to stop. It's very tasty. If you are not yet familiar with this amazing method of frying and serving, invented by French chefs, then this recipe for making lazy brizol in the oven will be a real discovery for you. Well, if you have ever cooked brizol, then perhaps this recipe will still be interesting to you, because here we will fry the eggs and put the filling in them, but we will also bake it all in the oven. In fact, despite the simplicity of preparation and the banality of the ingredients, the dish turns out delicious, incredibly tasty and very satisfying. Egg (raw) - 3 pcs Minced chicken - 200 g Milk - 3 tsp. Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l. Salt - 0.5 tsp. Black pepper Mix one egg with one teaspoon of milk, add a pinch of salt. With Suluguni in Adjara
Khachapuri can be made not only with suluguni. Cheese cheese, also considered a classic filling for flatbreads, is perfect. Suluguni cheese is more delicate, feta cheese is salty, and this must be taken into account when kneading the dough. Lazy khachapuri according to this recipe is very similar to cooking in Adjarian style (you can see real boats on another page).
Required:
- Kefir – 0.5 liters.
- Flour – 4-5 glasses.
- Suluguni – 500 gr.
- Soda, salt, granulated sugar - a small spoon each.
- Egg.
- Sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons.
- Butter – 100 gr.
Preparation:
- Add soda and egg to the flour, slowly pour in the kefir drink. Add salt and sugar. Knead soft elastic dough. Place it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Coarsely rub the suluguni. Dissolve the butter, pour into the cheese, stir.
- Divide the chilled dough into 5 parts. Roll out the flatbreads. Place a large spoonful of filling in the center.
- Gather the edges of the pancake up and fasten. Flatten it slightly with your hands and turn it seam side down. Then roll out the workpiece with a rolling pin, commensurate with the diameter of the frying pan.
- Fry the khachapuri for 4-5 minutes on each side.
