Pour the homogeneous dough into a greased muffin tin and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake until done - about 30 minutes.

While the cake is warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar and vanilla.

  5. When the dough is very smooth and homogeneous, carefully fold in the protein mass with a teaspoon.

  6. Fill the mold with dough and level the surface.
  7. Bake the honey cake for about half an hour, but the exact time depends on its height: you can increase the time to 45-60 minutes. The recommended temperature for this product is 185 degrees.

  • baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • soda – ½ tsp;
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • vanillin, powdered sugar - 1 pinch each.

Beat the eggs into the melted honey, beat the mixture until foamy, then add sour cream, baking powder, baking soda, slaked lemon juice, and vanillin. Heat the butter in the microwave until soft, add to the mixture, add flour in portions, and then mix everything thoroughly.

Sponge honey cake

Products:

  • 250 grams of honey,
  • 150 g butter,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 375 grams of flour,
  • 20 g cocoa,
  • vanilla to taste,
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Filling: 200 g chocolate and 200 g cream

How to make honey cake:

Heat the honey and oil in a water bath or in the microwave. Cool the mixture and beat with a mixer, gradually adding eggs.

A muffin with honey, a natural sugar substitute, will be even healthier and, of course, tastier if you add a nut-raisin mixture to the dough.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 350 gr.;
  • eggs – 3 pcs.;
  • kefir – 175 ml;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • honey – 100 gr.;
  • vinegar (9%) – 1 tsp;
  • soda – ½ tsp;
  • raisins – 75 gr.;
  • nuts (walnuts) – 50 gr.

Beat the eggs with a mixer with liquid honey and sugar until fluffy and homogeneous. Quench the soda with vinegar and pour into the egg-honey-sugar mixture, then add kefir there, after which mix the mixture thoroughly.

Next, stir in the twice-sifted flour into the dough - in portions of 2-3 tbsp. l. at a time, and after achieving a homogeneous consistency, add washed and dried raisins with peeled and chopped walnuts.

Transfer the mixture into a mold (grease the sides with butter and dust with flour), shake for even distribution, then bake in the oven at 185⁰C for 30 minutes.

Honey cake with Coca-Cola

Products:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 glass of cola
  • 3-4 tbsp. spoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • vanilla to taste
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa

How to make honey cake:

Beat eggs and sugar, gradually adding flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla, cocoa, cola, butter and honey. The dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Pour into the pre-prepared greased and floured cake tin and bake at 180°C. Sprinkle the finished cake with chopped nuts or powdered sugar.

  4. Melt the butter and honey in a water bath.

  5. Then add 150 ml of milk to them and mix well.

  6. In a separate bowl, beat two eggs with a whisk.

  7. Add a mixture of honey, milk and butter to the eggs.

  9. Add ¾ of the dates and peanuts to the mixture and stir.
