  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs
  • Apples - 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon (optional)

1. Wash the apples, cut them into halves and remove the core and seeds. Then cut into cubes or slices, at your discretion.

2. Now let's do the dough. Beat the eggs, then add sugar to them and beat thoroughly again with a mixer until white foam. You can also use a blender, it will turn out just as good. In general, whatever is at hand. The main thing is to beat until white fluffy foam.

3. Sift the flour through a sieve and add to the resulting mixture. Add it in portions and stir each time until smooth. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Then add salt (optional) and mix gently with a spatula so that the mass does not settle.

  • Sugar – 170 gr
  • Flour - 170 gr
  • Sour cream 15-20% - 1 tbsp. with a slide
  • Baking powder - 5 g
  • Apples - 3-4 pcs.

Preparation:

1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and stir a little until smooth. Then add a spoonful of sour cream and mix well with a whisk again.

2. Then gradually stir in the flour until the dough comes together. The flour should first be sifted. Next, add baking powder and mix again.

3. Take the apples, cut them into halves and discard the cores and seeds. Cut them into large pieces. Add fruit to mixture and stir.

4. Grease a baking dish with butter, pour the dough into it and smooth it out. Preheat the oven in advance to 180-190 degrees. Then place the baking sheet there for 30-35 minutes (don't forget to check readiness with a wooden stick or toothpick).

5. When the pie is ready, remove from the oven, let cool and transfer to a towel or cutting board. The charlotte turned out golden brown, with a crispy crust. And the inside is airy and tender.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Flour - 2 cups
  • Egg - 2 pcs.
  • Refined oil – 50 ml
  • Soda - 1 tsp. (without slide)
  • Vinegar - for slaking soda
  • Apples - 3 pcs

Preparation:

1. First, beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until the volume increases. Pour the mixture into a deep bowl.

2. Then pour in kefir and stir. Next add the sifted flour. Stir the dough until smooth. Add baking soda, quenched with vinegar, stir again and leave to brew for 10-15 minutes. After this, pour in the vegetable oil and stir until it is completely dispersed. The dough should turn out like thick sour cream.

You can also use baking powder instead of quenched soda - 1 heaped teaspoon.

3. Place parchment paper in a baking pan and grease with butter. Then pour the dough into it and smooth it over the entire surface.

4. Apples can be peeled. Remove the seeds from them and cut into thin slices. Then stick them into the pie so they are evenly spaced. Now you can put the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

By the way, you can also place some of the chopped fruit first on the bottom of the baking sheet, then fill it with dough, and then place them on top.

One of the most reliable options is to purchase a special silicone mat. In this case, even if the parchment runs out at the most inopportune moment, there will always be a means at hand to replace it.

  • Baking powder – 10 g;
  • A whisper of salt.
  • Preparing a pie will not be difficult even for those representatives of the fair sex who are just beginning to learn the art of cooking. The baked goods will be light and not very high in calories. It only takes 25 minutes to cook.

    Cooking steps:

  • Melt the butter, cool it a little, mix with sour cream.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon.

    If the paper constantly sticks to the baked goods, it is better to give preference and use food material from another manufacturer. It may be a little more expensive, but such problems will not arise. Good paper never sticks to pies.

    Is it possible to “save” baked goods if the paper is stuck to it? First of all, in no case should you try and put in effort when tearing the paper sheet off the hot product.

    You need to wait until the baked goods cool down a little. Then it can be separated from the pie much easier.

    In this case, apply a damp napkin or towel to the bottom of the pie, where the paper is stuck.

    If it is not possible to lift the cake, a fruit slicer (with a curved blade) will help. They will need to carefully trim where the parchment meets the cake. Cooks do not recommend using dark-colored paper; it is better to leave the choice on light parchment.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese – 200 gr
  • Sugar - 150 gr
  • Flour - 200 gr
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Baking powder - 10 g
  • A little butter - for lubrication

Preparation:

1. Place the cottage cheese in a deep dish, add eggs and sugar. Blend until smooth using an immersion blender (or mixer).

2. Then add sour cream and melted butter. Mix with a whisk.

3. Sift the flour through a sieve and mix with baking powder. Then combine with the curd mixture, adding gradually. Achieve homogeneity by stirring with a whisk or mixer.

4. Wash the apples, get rid of all excess and cut into thin slices.
