  • cottage cheese (200 g);
  • eggs (3 pieces);
  • sugar (250 g);
  • apples (6 pieces);
  • baking soda (10 g);
  • flour (300 g);
  • butter (100 g);
  • cocoa powder (3 tablespoons);
  • vinegar (10 g).
  1. First of all, you should thoroughly knead the cottage cheese with butter and half of the required amount of granulated sugar so that the resulting paste-like mass is obtained. Break the eggs into a wide bowl and separate the yolks from the whites. The latter should be whipped and sugar added, the result should be a fluffy white foam. Then gradually add the yolks. Mix thoroughly again and add the curd mixture.
  2. Lastly, add cocoa powder, vinegar and soda. Stir gradually until the dough becomes thin.
  3. Wash, peel and cut the fruits into cubes, pour into the dough, distribute evenly according to its consistency, then pour into a baking dish. Place the container in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes at 180C.
  4. If desired, the finished pie can be decorated with berries or orange zest sprinkled with cinnamon. Serve slightly warm. Apple charlotte prepared in this way will be especially appreciated in combination with tea infused with currant leaf.

A quick recipe for chocolate charlotte in the microwave with pieces of pears

Ingredients (for 3-4 servings):

  • chicken eggs (cat. СО) – 2 pcs.;
  • granulated sugar – 75 g;
  • cocoa powder – 15 g;
  • baking powder – 1 tsp;
  • flour – 50-75 g;
  • pears – 250 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Beat the eggs into the mixer bowl and add sugar there. Beat until fluffy and stable foam (usually this takes 4-6 minutes).
  2. Mix cocoa with flour and baking powder, be sure to sift.
  3. Add part of the dry mixture to the egg mass and mix gently. Add the next portion, mix the dough well, etc.
  4. Cut the pears into slices as thin as possible. If the peel is thick, it is better to remove it with a knife. Pour the pear pieces into the chocolate dough and stir.
  5. Place in a greased ceramic, glass or silicone mold (metal cannot be used in microwave ovens, as you know). Flatten the top of the dough and microwave the pan. Cook the charlotte at a power of 850-900 W (microwave mode) for 7-10 minutes. After the microwave signal, check the readiness of the pie with a splinter. If the charlotte is well baked in the middle, leave it for another 10-15 minutes in a closed microwave (this will make it easier to remove the baked goods from the mold).

Cooking a dish step by step with photos

The recipe for this delicious homemade pastry includes the following ingredients: apples (preferably sweet and sour varieties so that they don’t fall apart during baking and keep their shape), chicken eggs, wheat flour (I have the highest grade, but you can also use first grade), granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa -powder and quite a bit of refined vegetable (I use sunflower) oil to grease the baking dish.

If you bake charlotte in the oven, it’s time to turn it on to warm up - 180 degrees. In a separate bowl, mix 120 grams of wheat flour and 25 grams of high-quality unsweetened cocoa powder. We sift everything through a sieve.

We take another suitable large-volume bowl and break 5 fresh medium-sized chicken eggs into it. Add 150 grams of granulated sugar to them.

Beat everything with a mixer at high speed until the sugar grains are completely dissolved. The egg mass will noticeably turn white and increase greatly in volume.

It will be quite thick. If you ask me how long to beat, I won’t tell you exactly - just look at the previous photo and see how much the eggs and sugar will rise. You need to beat for a decent amount of time, and it directly depends on the power of your mixer. The better you beat the eggs with sugar, the more magnificent the finished charlotte with apples will be.

Now sift the wheat flour and cocoa into the beaten eggs in parts. If you just don’t want to make charlottes and biscuits, I advise you to try adding a teaspoon of baking powder to the flour - most likely it will save the situation.

Gradually add sifted flour and cocoa into the dough, kneading the biscuit dough from bottom to top using scooping (folding) movements. Mix in one direction, but not for very long - biscuit dough does not like this. Try not to let the dough settle too much so that it remains airy and filled with air bubbles.

It's time to put the biscuit dough into the baking pan. For the oven, take a mold with a diameter of 22-24 centimeters. I bake in a slow cooker, so I use a bowl, which I recommend greasing with a small amount of refined vegetable oil. If you prefer to use butter for this purpose, be sure to sprinkle the greased pan with flour afterwards - such butter contains water. Yes, remember that properly prepared biscuit dough flows from the spatula in a wide ribbon.

Now we make the filling very quickly, since the biscuit dough does not like to wait. Peel the apples and remove seeds, then cut the fruit into arbitrary pieces.

Vertically stick the apple pieces into the biscuit dough so that they are evenly distributed throughout the entire mass. Cook chocolate charlotte with apples in a slow cooker for 1 hour 10 minutes on the Baking mode. As I said above, depending on the power of your appliance, the cooking time for this sponge cake may vary.

Using a fine or medium grater, grate the chocolate directly onto the apples. In my case, the charlotte needed 2 pieces of chocolate (4th part of the bar). But more is possible. It seems to me that chocolate cannot spoil the charlotte.

Step 9

Charlotte with chocolate and apples is baked for up to half an hour. 20 minutes after placing it in the oven, you can start checking its readiness. The easiest way to do this is with a simple toothpick. After about 25 minutes I got this result.

Therefore, it is ideal for those who watch their figure. The dessert is baked in the oven, which must be heated to 200C. For preparation you will need the following products:

  • flour (350 g);
  • medium-sized apples (4 pieces);
  • salt (to taste);
  • cocoa powder (4 tablespoons);
  • eggs (3 pieces);
  • baking powder (10 g);
  • cold water (60 ml).

  1. Fruits should be thoroughly washed, peeled and cut into small square pieces. Break the chicken eggs into a wide container or small saucepan and pour in the sugar, mix everything well.
