Curd charlotte with semolina

This charlotte recipe is unusual, but the taste will be no worse than the classic version. Instead of flour, semolina is used here. Curd and apple charlotte without flour is an original presentation of a familiar dish with a fresh solution.

You will need:

  • apples - 4-5 pcs.;
  • cottage cheese - 0.2 kg;
  • semolina - 1 tbsp;
  • soda - 1 tsp;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp;
  • cream margarine - half a pack;
  • table egg - 1 pc.;
  • juice squeezed from part of a lemon.

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Then sprinkle the fruits with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. The apples will give juice.
  2. Beat the egg and granulated sugar in a separate container, add melted margarine and stir.
  3. Add cottage cheese to the resulting mixture and combine together. Add semolina in a thin stream, stirring constantly. This is necessary so that lumps do not appear in the dough; removing them will not be easy.
  4. Add apples to the batter and mix.

Finally, coat the bottom of the baking dish with creamy base and pour the resulting mixture. The time will be 45 minutes. Mode - 180 degrees.

`Cooking process

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar to form an elastic foam. Flour is slowly added to it using a wooden spoon.

  2. To give baked goods a pleasant aroma, about half of the regular sugar is replaced with vanilla.
  3. The cottage cheese is ground together with sugar and butter for the filling.

  4. From medium-sized apples, you need to cut out the core and cut them into thin slices.

  5. The multicooker is greased with a piece of butter, exactly half of the dough is placed in it. Most of the apple slices are placed on it, a little dough is poured on top of them, then cottage cheese is laid out, and the remaining dough is added again.

  6. The remaining fruit is placed on top of the pie for decoration.
  7. It is recommended to bake the cake on the Bake mode for 60 minutes. The finished dessert is decorated with powdered sugar or jam.

To make a pie with apples in a multicooker more elastic and not fall apart, after completing the selected mode, you should not immediately take out the dish. You need to let it cool a little right in the bowl.

Recipe with sour cream

Charlotte with sour cream will turn out even more tender. Sour cream will add airiness to the dish, making its taste softer and more refined. For the recipe you need:

  • 5 eggs;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 4 large spoons of flour;
  • 380 g cottage cheese;
  • baking powder;
  • vanilla;
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • apples – 2 pieces;
  • 220 g sour cream.

Cooking process

  1. First you need to prepare the base of the pie - with a spoon, mix half of the sugar specified in the recipe with the cottage cheese until smooth, add butter and 2 eggs, beat the mixture thoroughly. At the very end of mixing, add half a bag of vanilla, flour and baking powder.
  2. The next step is mixing the pie filling. It is made from the remaining sugar, sour cream and eggs. All components are well whisked, turning into a homogeneous cream.
  3. Wash the apples, peel and cut into slices.
  4. The multicooker bowl is greased with a thin layer of butter, the base dough is placed in it, and apple slices are evenly laid out on it, and the charlotte is covered with cream on top.
  5. The multicooker is set to the Baking mode for an hour; after cooking, open the lid, but let the dish cool a little right in the bowl.
