Let's start with the simplest recipe, the classic one. Well, or let's say one of them. There are a minimum of ingredients, plus it’s not difficult and quite quick.

Ingredients:

  • Egg - 3 pcs.;
  • Flour - 1 glass;
  • Sugar - 1 glass;
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon;
  • Apples - 4-5 pcs.;
  • Butter for lubrication (or vegetable oil);
  • Powdered sugar for decoration.

Step 1.

Beat eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar. Beat until smooth with a whisk or mixer. The mass should increase in volume by 3 times.

Step 2.

Sift the flour through a sieve and mix with baking powder. Mix the dry mixture with a spoon. Then add the dough and mix until smooth.

The dough turns out to be thick, something between pancake and pancake dough.

Step 3.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • warm milk - 100 ml
  • sugar - 120 gr.
  • flour - 180 gr.
  • apples - 3-5 pcs.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • salt - a pinch

Stages:

1. The beginning is quite classic: beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until white. Then add sugar and vanilla sugar and continue beating until all the crystals have dissolved (another 5 minutes).

2.With the mixer running, pour in warm milk in a thin stream and beat for about 1 more minute. You should get a fluffy and white mass.

3.Next, knead the dough by hand: sift the flour in small portions and gently mix it in with a spatula. You can no longer use the mixer, otherwise the airiness will disappear and the cake will turn out flat.

4. Cover the springform pan with parchment and grease with butter. Place a third of the dough and smooth it out. Cut the apples into thin slices and place on top. The pieces should lie in one layer.

5. Pour in another third of the dough and smooth it out. Place the apples again and fill them with the remaining mixture. Decorate the top of the pie with apples, this time arranging them neatly and beautifully.

  8. After 40 minutes, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Since the dough crumbles a little, it is better to wrap it in cling film.
  9. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a round layer.
  10. Grease the mold with oil and sprinkle a little semolina or flour. It’s better to take a springform pan, so it will be easier to remove the cake.
  11. Carefully roll the dough onto the rolling pin and transfer it to the mold, leveling the dough according to the mold, making a side.

Step 1.

Of all the recipes, this one especially stands out. There is no need to make batter here, as in all other cases. And you will need to make a dry base that will be layered with apples.

Ingredients for a 22 cm mold:

  • sugar - 170-200 gr.
  • semolina - 130 gr. (1 tbsp. 250 ml)
  • flour - 160 gr. (1 tbsp.)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
  • salt - a pinch
  • frozen butter - 130 gr.
  • green sour and juicy apples - 1.25 kg

Cooking method:

1. Be sure to take apples that are juicy, hard and sour. Grate them without removing the peel on a coarse grater. Divide the filling into three equal parts.

2.In a separate deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients: sifted flour, semolina, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, baking powder. Now divide the resulting mixture into 4 equal parts, using additional dishes.

3. Cover the baking pan with parchment on both the bottom and sides (first grease them a little with vegetable oil). Pour the first part of the dry mixture evenly. Spread with a spoon to form an even layer. Or just shake the mold.

4. Place a third of the apples on the “dough”, leveling and compacting slightly. But don't press too hard. Do not squeeze fruit juice, it is very necessary here.

Ingredients:

  • Flour - 300 g;
  • Baking powder - 15 g;
  • Sugar - 150 g;
  • Milk - 50 ml;
  • Vegetable oil - 150 g;
  • Egg - 3 pcs.;
  • Apples - 6 pcs;
  • Breadcrumbs;
  • Butter.

Step 1.

In a deep bowl, beat the eggs and add sugar. Beat with a mixer for 5-7 minutes until the volume increases.

Step 2.

Then pour in a little milk and vegetable oil, and beat a little more with a mixer, just to make the mass homogeneous.

Step 3.

Add baking powder or baking soda to the sifted flour. Stir and add to the egg mixture.

Now knead the dough, it is advisable to do this with a spoon and not with a mixer.

Step 4.
