This is a recipe for a rather unusual casserole; it can be served both for breakfast and for an afternoon snack with tea. To prepare a delicious dish, you only need 30 minutes of free time.

To prepare for three servings you will need the following ingredients:

  • 250-300 g sausages;
  • half a kilo of potatoes;
  • 1 egg;
  • half a glass of milk;
  • 50 g butter margarine;
  • medium head of onion;
  • clove of garlic;
  • salt pepper;
  • 50 g of hard cheese, but if you like more cheese, you can use 100 g.

Preparation:

Peel all the potatoes and place them in a saucepan, add water, add a little salt and boil until fully cooked. Then drain the water from the potatoes and let them cool, and then mash them into a puree, adding 30 grams of butter and an egg. Then gradually add warm milk to the puree. The mass should be homogeneous and tender, but not liquid.

Chop the onion and chop the garlic. Fry them in a frying pan in twenty grams of butter, adding salt and pepper.

Take a special baking dish, spread it with margarine, place half of the mashed potatoes in it, and sliced ​​sausages on it. Then lay out the remaining puree, carefully level the surface with a spoon, and spread out the finely chopped pieces of the remaining butter. Sprinkle the entire surface of the casserole with grated cheese. Place the mold in the oven for 20 minutes, while it should be preheated to 180 degrees.

After the time has passed, remove the casserole and cut into portions.

Cabbage casserole with sausages

Ingredients: - a head of cabbage - 4-5 sausages - 3 medium onions - 1 carrot - 3 small apples - 2 eggs - cheese - 3-4 tbsp. spoons of flour - butter or margarine - herbs - salt, pepper - breadcrumbs

Preparation: Shred the cabbage, rub it with salt, chop the onions, apples and carrots on a coarse grater, cheese on a fine grater, cut the sausages into slices. Fry the onions and carrots, add the cabbage, salt, pepper, simmer for min. 10, add apples and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Coat a frying pan with high sides with drains. butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and add part of the stewed cabbage, then a layer of sausages and cheese. Then again cabbage, sausages, cheese. The top layer is cabbage. Mix sour cream with flour and eggs, pour in cabbage, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese is browned.

We will need:

  • Pasta - 250 gr.
  • Sausages - 2 pcs.
  • Zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream - 1 tbsp.
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Ground paprika (to taste)
  • Butter (for greasing the pan)
  • Sunflower oil (for frying)
  • Hard cheese - 50-60 gr.

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini, cut off the edges, you don’t have to remove the skin, as it is best to use a young vegetable. Cut it into thin slices and add a little salt.

Now fry in sunflower oil, and then place on a napkin to remove excess oil.

The sausages need to be peeled and then cut into circles.


Fill the baking dish with boiled pasta. Now add the zucchini and sausages and lightly sprinkle with paprika.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, pour in the milk, add sour cream, salt, mix well and pour the mixture into the mold.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. After half the time has passed, sprinkle the dish with shredded cheese and bake until golden brown. Serve the dish to the table while still hot. Bon appetit!

Vegetable casserole with sausages

Ingredients: - 1 kg of potatoes, - 1 liter can of peas, - 4 onions, - 0.5 kg of sausages, - 2-3 tomatoes and peppers, - greens to taste.

For the sauce: - 200 ml sour cream, - 200 g cheese, - 1 egg, - 1 glass of water, - 2 tablespoons flour, - salt, - pepper to taste.

Preparation: First you need to fry the potatoes cut into thin strips in vegetable oil. Fry veal milk sausages. In a separate frying pan, fry the onion until half cooked, add green peas and simmer for about five minutes over low heat. Place a layer of fried potatoes on a greased baking sheet, then a layer of peas with onions and sausages. Top with sliced ​​tomatoes and green (red) bell peppers. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

Prepare the sauce separately by mixing sour cream, egg, grated fat cheese and flour diluted in a glass of water. Pour the sauce over the casserole and return to the oven for a couple of minutes until the sauce thickens. Before serving, sprinkle the casserole with chopped herbs (parsley, basil, dill). You can eat it with ketchup or soy sauce, as you like.

In order to diversify the usual menu, there is no need to reinvent the wheel. You can change it a little, present it in a new way and, at first glance, an ordinary everyday table will shine with bright colors, the dishes will become more appetizing. For example, mashed potatoes with boiled sausage are a classic from, oh, what times. And if you add hard cheese to the puree, and then hide the sausage in it and bake it all together in the oven, you get an incredible delicacy that can both surprise and deliciously feed a good company.

Prepare ingredients for making sausage and potato casserole in the oven.

Peel and wash the potatoes, add water and put on fire.

At the point of boiling, reduce the heat to minimum and continue cooking until done.

Drain the water, add salt to taste and puree. At this point, add butter, mix well and after a minute pour in boiled milk. The puree should become tender, homogeneous, without lumps.

Peel the sausages from the film, cut into pieces, focusing on the height of the baking dish.

Grease the mold with oil and put 2/3 of the puree into it. Smooth over the surface.

Then arrange the sausage pieces in “columns”, pressing a little.

Place the remaining puree on top and smooth it out.

In a separate bowl, combine eggs, salt and a pinch of ground allspice. Beat until smooth.

Grate the hard cheese on a medium grater and add to the egg mixture.

Stir a little and pour over the potatoes and sausages.

Place the future casserole with sausages and potatoes in the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Ingredients: - 2 tbsp. round grain rice, - 4 eggs, - 2 large onions, - 1 bunch of dill, - 8 pcs. sausages (I have sausages with cheese), - 3 tbsp sour cream, - 50 gr. hard cheese, - salt, - pepper, - favorite spices to taste.

Preparation: Boil the rice and let cool. Cut the onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. Leave to cool. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the whites into a fluffy foam and mix with the cooled rice. Add finely chopped dill to the rice. Gently stir the mixture from bottom to top. Salt and pepper. Add your favorite spices. Mix the yolks with the cooled fried onions. Cut the sausages in half lengthwise.

Place half of the prepared rice in a greased pan. On top is a mixture of onions and yolks. Then arrange the sausage halves. Add the remaining rice and smooth it out. Grease with sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 C for ~ 35 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into portions. The casserole holds its shape well.

Ingredients: - 125 g pasta - 2 onions - 1 tbsp. l. tomato puree - 2-3 sausages - 250 g cheese - 30 g butter - salt, pepper to taste - fresh herbs - mayonnaise

Preparation: Boil the pasta. You can do this in advance. Then prepare the sauce. Fry finely chopped onion in butter. When it is slightly browned, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of tomato puree diluted in 3 tbsp. spoons of boiled water. Boil the sausages separately, chop them finely and simmer with the sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Grate hard cheese, such as Dutch or Swiss, on a coarse grater. Grease a baking dish or a regular frying pan with high sides with butter (to prevent the casserole from burning, you can sprinkle the dish with breadcrumbs for safety) and place layers of pasta, sausage sauce, and a lot of grated cheese in it, alternating these products until they will not end.

Sprinkle cheese on top of casserole. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pasta in it for approximately 15 minutes. Serve the dish after garnishing with fresh herbs. This pasta casserole goes well with a salad of fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and onions. Tip: you can pour mayonnaise mixed with tomato ketchup on top of the casserole, it will become more juicy and appetizing.
