- chicken eggs of category 1 – 6 pcs.;
- mixture of greens (optional) – 30-40 g;
- butter – 10-15 g;
- garlic – 3 cloves (optional);
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- salt - to taste;
- odorless vegetable oil for frying.
Step by step recipe:
- Wash and chop the tomatoes. It's better to cut them into large pieces. During the frying process, they will release juice and slightly simmer.
- Cut the sausage into circles or semi-circles. It’s also not a good idea to cut the sausages too finely.
- Wash the greens, drain and chop finely.
