To prepare it, stir yeast, sugar and one tablespoon of flour in half a glass of warm water. Leave in a warm place for about ten minutes until a foamy cap appears.

Cut the tomato into thin circles, then each circle into four parts.
Grate the cheese using a grater with large holes.

Let's start by preparing the dough. The dough is prepared simply, quickly and without fuss.
Recipe for making dough and pizza:
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, salt, egg, soda, vegetable oil. I add flour in portions; you may need a little more or less flour.
There is no need to knead the dough for a long time, as it will be tough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for approximately 15-30 minutes. Be sure to wrap it in film or place it in a bag.
Curd dough for pizza
The dough is soft, elastic, and does not stick to your hands. It's a pleasure to work with him.
While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the filling. Since today I have pizza with sausages and tomatoes, I took some sausages. Decide for yourself which pacifiers to take, take the ones you like best. I have baby sausages.
I free the sausages from the film and cut them into circles. This cutting is more beautiful and interesting, although it can be chopped into cubes.

With such miraculous finds, you can safely throw a holiday for your stomach. The fact is that even with minimal refrigerator content, you can prepare a delicious dinner. And even though this dinner will consist of only one dish, it will be very tasty, and most importantly, there will be enough for everyone. And this dish is called pizza with sausages and tomatoes.
Pizza with sausages on the edges
Today, pizza makers often stuff the sides of their pizzas with cheese or ham. But this recipe suggests making a dish with sausages around the edges. It will turn out unusual!
To make pizza, you need to take:
- yeast dough – 270 g;
- sausages – 8 pcs.;
- spicy ketchup – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
- hard cheese – 80 − 85 g;
- pickled cucumber – 70 g;
- onions – 40 g;
- egg yolk for brushing.
Recipe step by step:
- Knead quick yeast dough with flour (1.5 cups), water (55 ml), granulated yeast (3 - 4 g), butter (2 tsp) and a pinch of salt. After mixing the mixture, transfer it to a suitable container and wrap it in film.
- After half an hour, cut the relatively large pickled cucumber into thin slices. Do the same with sausages. Finely grate the cheese, chop the peeled onion into half rings.
- Knead the risen dough. Separate and put aside part of it (70 g). Roll out the remainder into a round layer, which immediately transfer to a baking sheet with butter.
- Coat the top with hot ketchup, leaving 1.5 cm of free edge. Cover with some of the sausages. Place cucumbers and onions between them. Top with cheese.
- Roll out the reserved portion of dough into a rectangle. Cut into strips. Make the size so that it is convenient to wrap sausage pieces (1.5 cm). Pinch the edges of the workpieces. You will get 24 pieces.
- Brush the edge of the layer not covered with ketchup with a small amount of beaten yolk. Place dough and sausages on top. Cover the entire surface, not including the filling, with the remaining yolk.
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven. At 180 degrees in the “top-bottom” mode, bake the pizza with sausages on the edges for about 15 minutes.
To prevent the pieces from falling apart during baking, it is better to place them with seams to the side where the next sausage in the dough is placed.
