Hot sandwiches with minced meat

I very often prepare sandwiches with minced meat fried in a frying pan for my favorite home eaters. The dish, at first glance simple and unpretentious, is prepared very quickly, and the result is a hearty and tasty appetizer that sells, as they say, with a bang. I hope the step-by-step photos will help you prepare delicious hot sandwiches in a frying pan according to my recipe.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat (I have pork and beef) – 500 g;
  • sunflower oil – 100 g;
  • carrot – 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • salt -1/2 tsp;
  • ground black pepper – ½ tsp;
  • loaf of bread – 1 pc.

Cooking method:

  1. To prepare such an appetizer, I usually take either minced pork and beef or chicken fillet. Pure ground beef can be tough and the sandwiches won't be as juicy. Both white and rye bread are suitable for sandwiches.
  2. So, the first thing we need to do is peel the carrots and onions.
  3. Then, grate the carrots on a fine grater (you can also chop them in a meat grinder), and finely chop the onion with a knife, as for frying.
  4. Next, put the minced meat and chopped vegetables into a deep bowl, beat in the egg, add pepper, salt and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. Ideally, according to the proportions given in my recipe, the minced meat should be quite thick in consistency. If the minced meat is too runny, it may fall off the sandwiches during frying. You can see in the photo what the minced meat should be like.
  6. We put a frying pan with sunflower oil on the stove to heat up, and in the meantime, scoop up a little minced meat with a spoon and spread it on the bread in an even layer.
  7. As soon as the oil in the frying pan is warm enough, place the prepared sandwiches on it, minced side down, and fry on one side for three to five minutes.
  8. Some housewives fry such sandwiches on both sides, but, as they say, this is not for everyone. With double-sided frying, sandwiches turn out fattier
  9. And so, from a small amount of minced meat and a loaf of bread we got a whole mountain of delicious, appetizing hot sandwiches. By the way, these sandwiches are also delicious when cold, but my family usually doesn’t let this quick and tasty dish cool down.

Hot sandwiches with minced meat

In the distant, distant times of my youth, when we didn’t even know words like “burgers” or “sandwiches,” I came up with the idea of making hot sandwiches with minced meat and cheese. Then we ate them almost every week, and the guests oohed and ahhed, what a delicious treat, what an unusual taste. The other day I decided to remember my youth and made the same ones. I can’t say that I admired it as much as before; after all, tastes have changed dramatically, but, nevertheless, I was satisfied with the result.

Ingredients:

  • 8 small slices of white bread (made from halved regular slices)
  • 150 grams pork
  • 150 grams of beef (we will make mixed minced meat)
  • salt, pepper - to taste (to add to minced meat)
  • 250 grams of cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Cooking method:

  1. In principle, making these sandwiches is elementary. One problem is fiddling with the minced meat, but if you prepare it in advance (for example, for cutlets) and put it in the freezer a little, then it will be enough to just defrost it.
  2. Just set aside the minced meat at the primary stage, when it has not yet been salted, peppered and nothing other than meat has been added.
  3. Any meat will do, you can even chicken. Previously, we used to roll ham or sausage, and it was no worse.
  4. This time I had mixed minced meat (beef and pork), I salted it, peppered it, added a little mayonnaise for juiciness, and then spread it on the pieces of loaf prepared in advance.
  5. Then I grated the cheese on a coarse grater, added a clove of garlic squeezed out through a press, and mayonnaise (more here so that the mass is homogeneous):
  6. And she mixed everything properly. The amount of cheese mass should be exactly the same as minced meat.
  7. Now I spread the bread with cheese on top of the minced meat, and the sandwiches are ready:
  8. All that remains is to bake them.
  9. I preheat the oven to 200 degrees, grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, and place the prepared bread on it:
  10. I put it in the oven for about twenty minutes. The appearance of a golden crust will indicate readiness, as well as a stunning smell throughout the apartment:
  11. Sandwiches are delicious to eat hot, but cold ones are a win-win option.
  12. Crispy, meaty, with the aroma of cheese and garlic, they will conquer your men!
  13. Let's calculate how much they cost our budget.

Hot sandwiches with minced meat in the oven

Ingredients:

  • Loaf - 8 pcs. big pieces
  • Minced meat - 400 g
  • Onion - 100 g
  • Zucchini – 120 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc. small
  • Butter - 20 g
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Tomato – 200 g
  • Semi-hard cheese – 150 g
  • Seasoning - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Preparation:

  1. During the season, I most often use leeks for hot minced meat sandwiches in the oven. Of course, a completely worthy replacement is onions. This time I did it with him.
  2. We peel the onion, cut it into a medium cube and start frying - it tastes better with fried, but with raw it turns out quite boring. Add oil to the frying pan: butter and a spoonful of vegetable oil, add onion and fry over medium heat until beautifully browned.
  3. About minced meat. I buy meat and only twist it myself, since it is unknown what kind of meat was twisted in the store or at the market. It is quite possible and even probable that it was made from a mixture of stringy and fatty scraps.
  4. Wash the zucchini and cut off the skin. If the zucchini is your own, from the garden, then be sure to leave the skin. Three on a grater (I have a medium-sized one). In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the already fried onion, add a small egg and zucchini.
  5. Next are the seasonings. I have a mixture of herbs that I use very often - it is dried oregano, marjoram, thyme and basil mixed in equal proportions. I add this mixture to the minced meat, about a heaped teaspoon. And of course, salt to taste, as well as black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly until the minced meat becomes completely homogeneous and slightly viscous.
  6. Take a piece of loaf and apply minced meat on it in an even layer. The layer thickness is about 0.7-1 cm. Place in a row on a baking sheet. Whether or not to cover it with oiled paper is up to you. I always use it. I cooked it, ate it, rolled up the paper and threw it away, and the baking sheet was clean. Comfortable.
  7. I remove the skin from tomatoes, because it then stretches unpleasantly and is completely out of place. Just pour boiling water over the tomatoes and hold in it for 30 seconds. Select, rinse with cold water and easily remove the skin. All maneuvers will take literally a minute. Cut the tomatoes into not very thick slices and place them on pieces of loaf with minced meat.
  8. I turn on the oven in advance and heat it up a little, at least to 120 degrees. I put a baking sheet with sandwiches and time it for 15 minutes. I set the temperature to 180″.
  9. The cheese can be cut into pieces or grated. If you rub, you can safely take a little less.
  10. About three minutes before the end of baking the sandwiches, I open the oven and quickly place pieces of cheese on top. Close the door and you can turn it off.
  11. Wait about 3 minutes for the cheese to melt, and get everyone to the table immediately - hot sandwiches with minced meat are ready in the oven! Mine are topped with ketchup, but for me it’s good to just sprinkle a little fresh thyme or oregano on top, or just green onions.

Quick sandwiches with minced meat

Ingredients:

  • Loaf of rye bread.
  • Three tablespoons of ketchup.
  • Two hundred grams of minced meat (a mixture of pork and beef).
  • Two hundred grams of hard cheese.
  • Bulbs.
  • One chicken egg.
  • Ground black pepper and salt to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. We clean the onion from all excess and cut it into pieces of arbitrary shape and size. Throw them into the blender and beat in the egg. Plug into the socket, turn the key to start, and generally grind the onion and egg until smooth. Place the minced meat in a deep bowl.
  2. If it’s just from the freezer, give it time to thaw, or put it in the microwave in defrost mode. In any case, we do not need it in the form of a solid briquette. Pour the mixture from the blender into the prepared minced meat, add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Now we need to mix it all well. Cut the bread into slices of suitable size and spread them with ketchup. Place minced meat on top of each slice. Select the layer thickness at your own discretion. Next, place our sandwiches on a clean baking sheet.
  4. We heat the oven up to two hundred and twenty degrees Celsius and put our dish in there. Bake until done. The time will depend on the thickness of the mince layer, so check it as you go. Take the finished sandwiches out of the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Well, once it melts, we can serve it to the table, or consume it without leaving the workplace, so to speak. That’s all, you can move from theory to actual practice. Go for it, and bon appetit, dear readers!

Sandwiches with minced meat in a frying pan

Ingredients:

  • White loaf (500 g) - 1 pc.;
  • Potatoes - 2 pcs. (medium size);
  • Chicken fillet - 500 g;
  • Egg - 1 pc. (large);
  • Onion - 1 head;
  • Table salt - 1 tsp;
  • Butter - 60 g;

  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:

  1. As you may have guessed, you will need to prepare minced chicken fillet and vegetables. To do this, peel the onions, potatoes and rinse them under running water.
  2. Blot excess water from the vegetables with a towel and cut the fruits into small pieces.
  3. Rinse the same chicken pulp, cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder along with vegetables.
  4. It is advisable to use the smallest attachment on the meat grinder so that there are no coarse pieces of potatoes or meat.
  5. Mix minced chicken for sandwiches with egg, salt and pepper.
  6. Now cut the loaf into pieces. The best part is that you can use bread that is not fresh, and sometimes you even need to.
  7. If your family doesn’t eat bread well, then this is how you can use the remaining stale product. After all, after frying in a frying pan, the loaf will again become soft, fragrant and crispy.
  8. Grease each piece of loaf with butter on one side. Approximately half a teaspoon of butter will be used for one piece, because it is not necessary to cover the entire surface
  9. Place the bread, greased side, into a hot, dry frying pan. And immediately place two incomplete tablespoons of minced meat on top. Spread the meat over the surface of the bread and smooth it out a little.
  10. While the bread is browning on one side, the minced meat will adhere well to the sandwich due to the egg.
  11. After about 4 minutes of frying over medium heat, turn the sandwiches over, meat side down.
  12. Reduce the heat, add a few tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pan and fry the meat side until cooked (about 10 minutes).
  13. Ready-made hot sandwiches with minced meat, fried in a frying pan, can be given to your child to take to school or to your husband to work.
  14. If desired, sandwiches can be topped with mayonnaise, mustard and decorated with herbs.

  2. I used minced pork and beef. Read also: Shrimp sandwiches: step-by-step recipe with photos.
  3. Personally, I prepare minced meat myself from fresh meat, but you can buy it ready-made in a supermarket or market.
  4. Peel the onion, wash and grind it in a meat grinder.
  5. Add to the minced meat, mix.
  6. Beat the eggs and add to the minced meat, mix.
  7. Add grated nutmeg, salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. By adding nutmeg, you will give the meat a special taste, which will distinguish sandwiches with minced meat from ordinary cutlets.
  9. Then add a little milk or water for juiciness.
  10. Mix everything thoroughly, you can even beat it with a blender.
  11. Cut the bread into medium-sized slices, grease with oil and cover with a layer of minced meat 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
  12. Place thin layers of cheese on top of the minced meat and place on a baking sheet.
  13. Place the baking tray with sandwiches in a preheated oven, preferably in the upper part.
  14. Bake the sandwiches for 15-20 minutes until the minced meat is ready.
  15. Watch the sandwiches, do not overcook them, otherwise the minced meat will not be juicy enough.

Hot sandwiches “Eternal Classics”

Ingredients:

  • Large area bread - 5 pieces;
  • Chicken fillet - 1 pc.;
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • Medium tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
  • Cheese - 100 g (or to taste);
  • Garlic - 2 cloves (or to taste);
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Pepper - to taste;
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.

Cooking method:

Boil the eggs, cut the fillet into pieces and place in a blender. Salt, pepper and turn into minced meat. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat.

While everything is cooling, cut 2 medium tomatoes into small cubes and put them in a bowl in which we will prepare the filling. (Tomatoes can be replaced with bell peppers.)

Grate 100 grams of cheese, or to taste, on a fine grater. Add half to the bowl with the tomatoes, and leave half for now. We also grate a couple of cloves of garlic on a fine grater or pass through a press. Add to tomatoes and cheese. Mix everything well.

Add the cooled minced meat to the bowl. Peel the eggs and cut into small cubes. Add to the bowl and mix everything well again. The filling can be peppered, and there is enough salt in the cheese and minced meat.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Line a baking sheet with non-stick parchment or a non-stick mat. Place the filling on bread, directly on dry bread, without oil.

Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet, again without greasing anything. Bake sandwiches with chicken and tomatoes for 10–15 minutes. After that, take it out, sprinkle it with cheese and return it to the oven until the cheese melts.

Instead of minced chicken, you can use boiled chicken or canned tuna. Bon appetit and don't be afraid to experiment!
