If you need to quickly prepare lunch or dinner, then pasta and liver will help. Why? Yes, because they cook quickly. I'm preparing the liver. I have pork. I wash it and cut it into thin slices. I pour flour, salt and Khmeli-sunali seasoning into a plate. I mix everything. I roll the liver plates in this mixture.
Now I put a pan of water on one burner and add salt. I'm waiting for the water to boil. I put a frying pan on the second burner and pour vegetable oil into it.

This dish is an ideal option for a hearty lunch or dinner; it always saves you in difficult times, when a hungry family is about to come home, and there is practically nothing to feed them. So, first, pour the required amount of cold purified water into a deep saucepan and put it on high heat, let it boil. Meanwhile, using a sharp kitchen knife, peel the vegetables indicated in the recipe, wash them and dry them with paper kitchen towels. Then place them one by one on a cutting board and chop them. Chop the onion into small cubes up to 1 centimeter in size, and chop the carrots on a medium or coarse grater. Next, using a canning key, open the can of stew, remove the top, always abundant layer of fat from the meat, which can be used to prepare any other delicacies, and transfer the beef to a small deep plate. Knead it with a table fork into smaller pieces and place the rest of the necessary products on the countertop.
Step 2: cook the pasta.
While we were preparing the ingredients, the water in the pan boiled, add salt to it to taste, not forgetting that the stew is already seasoned with this spice, and reduce the heat level to medium. Carefully pour your favorite pasta into the bubbling liquid and cook it according to the instructions on the package, stirring occasionally with a wooden kitchen spoon so that it does not stick to the bottom of the hot dish. Basically, this process takes no more than 7–10 minutes, although it all depends on the choice of flour products. Cover the pan with a lid, let the pasta simmer for 1 minute, then reduce the heat to low and continue cooking. During the first 10 minutes, the contents must be constantly stirred to avoid the pasta sticking together.
Because We love pasta - al dente (slightly undercooked), then I cook it for 20 minutes, but if you like thoroughly cooked products, then you need to cook for 25-30 minutes. In any case, the dish must be monitored and cooked as long as its readiness requires.
