3. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a frying pan until half cooked. Then add minced meat to it and fry along with onions.

4. Place a tablespoon of meat filling on one edge of the pancake and wrap one edge first, then along the sides and roll it into a tube. With this filling, the pancake can be fried in butter on both sides.

Ham filling:

  • Ham – 100 gr.;
  • Cheese – 100 gr.;
  • Mayonnaise - to taste;
